This next post is coming thanks to my friend KB2. She helped me out greatly with it. I think you all should enjoy it since i maybe get the Twister thing going.......maybe.........not real sure if that's something you guys would even be interested in though!
:whistle:The wind was howling, and the snow shifting from bank to bank sent a sharp, cutting cold straight through him. He was no more than 2 feet out the door when he went back in.
Sue looked up as she felt the door open again.
Jack looked to her with what he hoped was a disapproving face, but broke out in a grin when he saw Sue pretending to dismiss him like a manservant. "Oh no, Miss Thomas, I'm afraid, you’re going to have to come with me. The snow is too deep and is drifting too much. I can't even see across the parking lot to the main lobby. Without firewood, we're going to freeze as well as starve. Even if I find food, it'll be frozen by the time I get it back to you. Get dressed; you'll have to come with me. We need to get a weather report to find out how long were in for."
Sue's eyes widened at his comments. Looking over his shoulder and seeing the blanket of white and nothing beyond, she knew he was right. They were going to have to find a warmer place to stay as well as food. Letting out an audible sigh, she agreed.
A short while later, they were wearing several layers of clothing. Jack took the lead, firmly grasping Sue's mittened hand as he tried to break a path across the parking lot to the main lobby.
15 minutes later, the very chilled couple pushed their way into the lobby. They were surprised to find a lot of other people there as well. Standing on top of the front desk was a tiny teenage girl. "May I have your attention everyone? The radio reported that the blizzard of 2005 will be here for at least three days. The DOT has reported that it will take that long to clear the roads." A loud chorus of groans went up from the crowd. "I know, I know. I'm sorry. Nobody wants to be stuck here this time of year. The good news is that we have plenty of food that should be ready in just a little while."
Jack and Sue decided to make the best of the situation and get warm by the fire. The thought it would be nice to mingle with the other guests of the motel. For such a bad storm, people were surprisingly bright and cheerful. They ate about an hour later and met a few different couples. A few couples was basically it for the small hotel that had no vacancy left, aside from the 2 families with young children that were there.
The day passed into the afternoon. People were starting to get bored. The teenage girl, Sam, climbed back on top of the front desk about 2 pm announcing that she was organizing a Twister tournament to help pass the time. Everyone was invited to join in.
Jack and Sue looked at each other after the announcement. Jack gave her a boyish grin, raising his eyebrows and giving her his best southern accent said, "Wanna, play little lady?"
Sue cocked a skeptical brow back at him, "That all depends....how limber are you?".......

Here's a tad bit more. Thanks for waiting so patiently everyone!
After Tara took a long hot shower she came out wearing only a towel. “Uh…Bobby? I seem to have a slight problem.”
“What’s that love? If you’re having trouble getting out of that towel I’d help ya if you needed.”
“Bobby, don’t go there. No what I need is some clothes. It’s not like I was planning on staying over here last night so I don’t have anything clean to put on.”
“Oh, okay. Well the only problem is it will be huge on you because I’m pretty much twice your size.”
“That’s fine. Anything will be warmer than standing here in a towel.”
She followed him to his room to find some clothes for her to wear. He pulled out his smallest sweatshirt and smallest pair of drawstring sweatpants that were still about 10 sizes to big.
“Thanks, Bobby. I really appreciate you letting me stay here last night. I didn’t admit it but I really was kind of scared to drive home in that. By the way, did you call Jack and Sue yet?”
“Yep, sure did.”
“Well how are they? What did they say?”
“They’re fine. The got snowed in a bit so they won’t be leaving anytime soon, but it’s not like they’ll mind it.”
“Bobby! Why are you saying they won’t mind it. Do you know something you’re not sharing?!” Tara said suddenly excited.
“Well he sounded a little frustrated when I called and I asked if I interrupted anything. He said yes that they were enjoying breakfast. I’m not sure but it sounded to me like he wasn’t talking about sausage and eggs.”
“Bobby, this is so exciting. I hope that you’re right and something is going on between them. Then we won’t be the only ones who are involved in the office.”
“Yes, love, it is great. I was kind of thinking though. What are we going to do about the rules. Now with Jack and Sue it shouldn’t be a problem since Sue isn’t really an agent, but you and I babe are both agents.”
“Oh, Bobby. I never thought about that.”
“Well I kind of have an idea, but I’m not sure you would want to go for it.”
“If it means we can stay together, I’m all for it.”
“Okay. Well I was thinking that we uh…if you want to…we could get married, but If you don’t that’s not a problem because we could figure something out…I mean I could transfer or something or we could just be careful and not tell anyone…”
“Bobby! Stop! I think that’s a fabulous idea. You are totally right. There’s nothing in the hand book that says no interoffice marriages just no dating.”
“That’s exactly what I was thinking……So are you really willing to go for it?” Bobby asked kind of shyly.
“Yes Robert Manning, I will marry you. I love you so much!”
“I love you too.” He said as he pulled her to him.

Sorry it's been so long guys. I am so loving all of the fabulous feedback. I hope that this post will hold you over for a while. It's all I have written adn I seem to not have any want to write more of it. I could possibly be persuaded, however?! *Muah Muah*
After he was sure she was sufficiently kissed, he went into his bedroom with her by his side. He bent down and one knee and said, “Let me at least get this part right. Tara Elizabeth Williams, will you do me the honor of letting me become part of your life?”
“Yes, Bobby, I would be honored to have you with me forever and for always.”
“I love you more than anything, but this will have to do for now. I didn’t know that I would be doing this tonight so all I have is my class ring.”
“Bobby, that’s okay, it’s absolutely perfect. Plus then no one will get as suspicious as they would if I was to have an engagement ring.”
“I suppose that is true.”
He stood back up and picked her up and swung her around his room as he kissed her.
“Darling, one problem. I have to tell someone! So can we keep a secret but tell Jack and Sue. I know you well enough to know that you probably couldn’t keep it from him either.”
“I guess you’re right. We will tell them, but we have to keep it from everyone else, and make sure we tell them that too. I don’t even want to tell our families yet. I would hate for any of them to stop by and let the ‘roo out of the pouch.”
-----
“First one…left hand red.” Sam said. Jack and Sue were sharing a mat with one of the couples they had met earlier and this was the first one they had called. Sue of course couldn’t read what Sam had said so she looked to Jack. He signed it with his right hand for her.
“Second…right had blue.” She looked at Jack again and he knew he couldn’t move his hand so he mouthed it. She couldn’t read him well at all as he was behind her and she had to strain her neck. A little kid tapped her on the shoulder and signed to her what to do.
“You sign.” She asked the little kid who couldn’t have been more than 5 or 6.
He replied to her with the yes sign and continued on with telling her his mom was deaf so he had known how to sign his whole life.
By the time he finished that he had to do the next sign because she missed it. “Right foot green.”
All the spaces she could easily reach were already taken so she had to reach slightly under Jack with her foot.
“Left hand yellow.”
Oh man how am I gonna do this one she thought, as she carefully pulled her hand to the other side of her foot so as not to fall.
(AN: I’m not sure in which order the colors are on the mat so just kinda go with the flow.)
Jack had done the same which meant his left hand was now completely under her torso and his whole body was covering hers.
“Left foot blue.”
Shoot, that’s al the way on the other side of the mat, I guess Jack will just have to move.
She crossed her foot behind the other to try and get to the blue circle and bumped Jack’s foot in the process of trying to move his as well. Oh know she thought as she saw Jack begin to sway.
He got a scared look on his face as she turned around to look at him hoping he wouldn’t fall. Too late she thought as she felt a heavy weight come down on top of her.
Her face turned red as she looked at him. He was about to sign sorry when he realized how he landed. He looked down at their predicament and smiled, “Sorry. I guess I couldn’t help wanting you to come down with me if I went.”
“Haha, funny Jack. Now I know how much you are probably enjoying this right now, but I’m rather cramped for space so would you mind moving a little?”
He moved his hand to her arm and caressed it. “Like this my dear?”
“Jack. People are starting to stare.”
“If they really want to watch let them.” He said as he closed in for a kiss.
He make it a quick kiss so as not to scare her off too much and so people wouldn’t start talking and then he rolled off of her and stood pulling her up with him. He walked over to the other side of the room, “I guess we lost. Oh well better luck next time.” He said as he sat pulling her to his lap.
“Jack, you know I love you right?” he nodded, “But please don’t ever do that again” she finished as she swatted him in the chest.
Jack felt his cell vibrate as they sat there. He signed phone to her as she wasn’t facing him and she watched him answer.
“Hudson.”
“Hey Mate. You sound like you’re in a much better mood now.”
“That I am Bobby.”
“Well I was calling you both to tell you some news that Tara and I have. But this news is for yours and Sue’s ears only. No one else is to know yet. Okay?”
“Okay Crash, I’m anxious to hear this, what is it.”
“We’re getting married!” He heard both Tara and Bobby yell.
“That’s great when?” He said as he saw Sue’s questioning look. Hold on he signed to her.
“Next weekend. We want to be together and we knew dating was against the rules but it didn’t say anything about marriage inside a unit.”
“Crash, that’s brilliant. I’m going to have to use that excuse soon.”
“Are you trying to tell me something Sparky?”
“Not exactly but hopefully.”
“Hey maybe it could be a double mate.”
“Maybe. I’d have to talk to my better half though first.” Jack said as Sue looked at him with an even more confused look. I’ll explain in a minute, he signed again to her.
“Well mate I better get back to my gorgeous bride to be. We have a lot of planning to do in a week.”
With that the two friends hung up.
“Care to explain what that conversation was about?” Sue asked him as soon as he shut his phone.
“Yes, but we are the only two that can know about it okay?”
“Okay…now spill!”
“Bobby and Tara are getting married.”
“Oh my gosh that’s great. When?”
“Next weekend.”
“Wow that’s fast. What was the whole thing about I’ll have to use that excuse soon.”
“Oh well, Bobby said that they were doing this so fast because they wanted to be together but Dating obviously isn’t allowed and it doesn’t say anything about inner office marriages so…”
“So why did you say you’d have to use that excuse soon…unless…wait a second…care to explain what exactly you meant…”
“Um…well…I was thinking…that if you weren’t doing anything next weekend…we uh…could double?”
“Double what? Date?”
“No…um…” By this time Jack was nervous if he was really doing the right thing by springing this on her, “I meant have a double wedding…with Bobby and Tara…I mean…if you don’t want to just say so it’s not a big deal…and I don’t want to scare you or…” he was silenced by Sue covering his mouth with hers.
“Yes Jack…I think my weekend is free so I can “double” with you.”
With that he kissed her and they decided to make their way back to their room for a little more privacy.
“Jack? It might be kind of cold in there. Are you sure we’ll be warm enough?”
“My dear, we can generate enough heat between the two of us to heat this whole lobby for a month.”
“Jack! Don’t even go there. I mean sure we can heat it up for today, but you’ll have to wait until next weekend to help heat it up for a month.”
He smiled at her and kissed her again. This time he couldn’t walk in a straight line after doing so. “We better hurry and get to our room before we don’t make it there at all.” He stopped again and turned to look at someone who was yelling.
“Yes!!!!!!” he yelled back a thank you and ran for their room.
“Jack. What was it they were saying?”
“Sorry I forgot” realizing he hadn’t told her what was said since she couldn’t read that far away “They said the weather channel said the roads will be cleared with in the hour. Sue, my love, You will home for Christmas Eve after all.”
They packed all of their stuff and got on the road as soon as the could. It would only be another 2 hours before they reached their final destination. As he drove he heard her giggle slightly.
“What’s so funny?”
“You” she replied “We went from being friends and coworkers, to being dating, to being engaged in less than 12 hours. It has to be a new record.” She smiled at him.
When he realized what she was saying was exactly right, he smiled back to her and took her hand in his.
Shortly after they started out he decided he needed to call Bobby and let him know that they were going to take him up on his double wedding offer. Tara was so excited that she screamed in the background as they finished their conversation.
The rest of the drive was quiet as they soaked in all that had happened and enjoyed just being able to hold hands. It was more than the first part of the ride had gotten them.
-----
“So now that we have a double wedding to plan, we better truly get going.” Tara said as she grabbed her jacket.
“Going? Going where?”
“To the mall of course. I need to find something for Sue and I to wear and something for Lucy since she’ll be our maid of honor.”
“Oh, well I guess so. I guess I could find something for Jack and I to wear as well. Oh and I suppose Myles and D need something.”
“Oh know. Then you’d have two groomsmen, and we’d only have one maid of honor. Oh wait we could ask Donna too. She’d love it I’m sure. Maybe I should call Sue and check.” She grabbed her phone quick and dialed her number. “Okay, it’s settled then. Lucy and Donna are our bridesmaids and Myles and D will be your groomsmen. And we both agreed on green and pink for the colors.”
The pair left hand in hand to head out to the mall. They shopped for a few hours and found 2 gorgeous dresses for the bridesmaids that were light green and knee length, with flowing layered bottoms and pink embroidery on the bodice. Tara also found a beautiful white dress with sequins all over it, that was full length and had a straight cut all the way down, with an empire waist, princess cut neckline and ¾ length sleeves. It wasn’t anything near traditional but she liked it and Bobby thought she was gorgeous in it so she got it. She decided however to let Sue pick her own out to make sure it fitted her right.
Feedback is welcome

Heres some more to my story you guys. Sorry it's been so long since I posted, it's been busy as i have been working overtime to get $ for christmas. I am going to florida on sunday for 5 days and i hope to have it nearly if not completely done by then. If it's not done i will add more on thursday when i get home becuase I plan to finish writing it on the plane. Hope you enjoy, and feedback is always appreciated and welcome.
They arrived at her parents’ house a little before 3. She was a tad bit scared to get out of the car and face her mother. She would have to tell her everything, because she knew it wouldn’t be right to keep it from her. Her mother would be genuinely mad that they were getting married next weekend.
“Hi mom.” Sue said as she got out of the car.
“Hello darling. Hello Jack. How are you two doing today?” Carla replied to her daughter.
“Oh, um we’re fine Mom. Where’s daddy?”
“He’s at the airport picking up Mitch and Carrie. He should be back before dinner. I bet you guys are tired after this tough couple of days. Lets go inside and have some hot chocolate.” Carla turned and headed for the house, as Jack and Sue grabbed their bags.
After they put their stuff in their room and took some time to get settled and show Jack around, they sat around the kitchen table to talk.
“So when are Jerry and Robby going to get here?”
“They should be here shortly as well. I planned on having dinner around 6, so hopefully they’ll be here before then. So Jack, how has my daughter been doing at work? She’s still doing her best I hope?”
“Yes, Mrs. Thomas. She is doing quite well, she has gotten on good terms with the boss as well lately.”
“Oh, how so?”
“Um, mom, did you know that Jack and I can only be here until Monday now? We are needed back at work. I’m sorry I didn’t tell you sooner, it was kind of last minute change of plans.”
“That’s okay dear. I will enjoy this short visit getting to know Jack a little bit more than the things you have told me about him.”
“Mom…”
Jack looked to Sue. “You talked to your mom about me?”
“Um…well…not exactly…”
“Of course she has.” Relpied Carla. “You have been a great training agent she said. She was disappointed when she finished her training and you weren’t with her on all assignments anymore.”
“Mother…”
“Oh, dear. It’s fine I’m sure Jack knows how much you enjoy his company by now. After all you two have spent this week together.”
“Yes. Mrs. Thomas, I know. And frankly, I rather enjoy your daughters company as well.” They smiled to each other.
Just as he finished, they heard the door open. Jerry and Robby and their families both walked in together.
They all said their hellos and started talking immediately. They were actually enjoying their company for the first time in a long time. Shortly after that Mr. Thomas came home with only Carrie. Carrie explained she would be there alone for the holidays as Mitch’s job made him have to stay back in Minnesota for it. Carla Thomas started yelling at her husband, saying “I thought your son was better than that, we raised him with the fact that family is important.” And a whole lot of other words. That made Carrie upset so she started yelling as did everyone else. Sue was getting frustrated as she couldn’t catch anything that was going on. She started yelling as well.
“Mom! ...Dad! …Jerry! …Robby! ...You guys! …Isn’t anyone listening!” No one was hearing anything of what she was saying and continued yelling. “Come on you guys, I can’t follow when you do this! Come on! …Jack and I are engaged!” With that everyone stopped yelling and turned to stare at them.

Here's some more you guys, I hope to finish posting when i get off of work tonight. I hope you all had a fabulous c-mas!
After they returned from shopping, Tara decided to call Sue with the details of the dresses and make sure they were okay with her. She told her everything with Bobby in the background adding comments to make sure she covered every detail. After that conversation they decided to delegate responsibilities they would have for the next week. They decided that they would figure out the catering, inviting people by phone, and where to hold the ceremony. Jack and Sue were in charge of finding Sue’s dress, ordering the flowers, and the honeymoon. They also agreed to let Lucy be in charge of designing and ordering the perfect wedding cake.
They figured that there would be only about 50 guests that would be invited as they wanted it to be personal. Tara and Sue decided it best to stick with immediate family and their close friends, and not even go to the “my aunt’s, cousin’s, friend’s, sister thing.”
-----
Sue read the screen with awe as Tara told her every little detail.
“Oh Tara! I am so excited! The dresses sound absolutely stunning. Jack and I are on our way to the mall as we speak. We’ll find the perfect dress that would coordinate well while we’re there.”
“Bobby and I will work on our plans if you guys work on your plans?”
“Sounds like a deal. Oh by the way, Jack has been wanting to figure out the honeymoon thing, and we were wondering if you guys knew what you wanted to do yet, if you wanted us to go together and share all the responsibilities in order to go extravagant but a good deal at the same time?”
“That sounds great. It would really be nice to split everything while there. Oh, by the way, any preferences on where to hold the ceremony? We were looking into it and figured since its so last minute it might be hard to find one available.”
“Not really. A church wedding would be nice, but I’m sure its all booked solid, so whatever you can get is fine with us.”
“Okay, we’ll keep our eyes open.”
“Oh, one last thing. Do you have an idea of where you want to go or the price range for the honeymoon?”
“Bobby says, anywhere. Cost isn’t an option, I guess as long as we’re together he says.”
“Alright, sounds like a good plan. Call me with any questions or suggestions or anything.”
“Okay, same to you. Talk to you soon.”
After Sue hung up, they continued on their way to the mall. They had exactly an hour before closing, which meant exactly an hour to pick up the perfect dress.
That they did. It was white satin which had beautiful flowered embroidery all over it. The bottom was flowy but not poofy, and didn’t have a train. It also had a princess cut neckline and ¾ length sleeves like Tara’s did.
“Sue? Are you really ready to buy this? I mean, I am, but really baby, your mom was not happy.”
“Jack if I listened to my mom’s every word, I never would have left home, never would have joined the bureau, never would have stormed into your office, never would have even met you, and wouldn’t be in love right now. So do you really want me to listen to my mom, because she will never be ready for me to get married?”
“Okay, you’re totally right. I don’t want you to listen to her, but I really don’t want to be on her bad side either.”
“Yes, but she’s wrong. I am 27 years old Jack. I’m pretty sure I can make good decisions by now.”
“I know baby, I was just making sure you knew what was really going through her head. Sue, you’re her baby girl, she’s not ready for you to grow up yet. Give her time and she’ll realize its right.”
They walked back home with the dress in tow. It was 9 o’clock when they made it back to her house. As they walked into the front door her dad and brothers were sitting around chatting.
“Where’s everyone else?” Sue asked them.
“You’re mom couldn’t stand being here knowing you were upset so she and the girls took the kids skating. Honey, she knows your upset, but she also knows your right. You are 27, and can make your own decisions. She was just upset that her little girl isn’t so little anymore.”
“I know but yes, I am 27, and I am pretty capable of making decisions that are best for me.”
“I know that, and your mother does too. It’s just taken her longer to realize it.”
“Thanks dad. I really needed that. I think Jack and I are ready to head up to bed though, we had a long day.”
“Okay. Goodnight, honey.”
“Yeah, goodnight Suzie.” Her brothers also said.
She and Jack walked up to their room. Her mom had gotten everything ready for them, even setting up an air mattress on the floor. They took their turns getting ready and when she finished she said, “Jack, I really didn’t want to come up here to sleep. I wanted some time to talk. We have a lot to do with very little time, so I thought we could get started.”
“Sure thing. Where do you want to begin?”
“Well how about money and finances? I know it’s maybe not my place but we really need to know where we’re at.”
“Of course it’s your place. You will be my wife in a week ya know?”
“I know. Okay, well I have $3000 or so in my savings and I’m really not sure what if any my parents can offer us. The $3000 should cover our part of renting the church, our part of the catering, flowers, etc, and hopefully should cover my dress too.”
“Okay well, I have about $11,000 in my savings from the last 4 years and about $2,000 from the years before. Anything else my parents are more than willing to cover no strings attatched.”
“Jack, just out of curiosity, how come you said 11 from the last 4 years and 2 from before?”
“I wanted to tell you that reason right now. I started to save extra carefully and watch my spending more four years ago. There is an excellent reason for it, that reason was you. Right after I met you I knew I was going to marry you someday and I didn’t want to give you anything less than a perfect wedding.”
“Jack,” Sue said with a sigh.
“I’m not kidding either. That day you stormed into my office, I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you, so I wanted to be prepared for the day I actually got around to marrying you.”
“Wow, but no time to get mushy we have work to do mister. Okay well the $2,000 will cover the flowers and tuxes with a bit left to go towards our wedding rings. Then we’ll use another probably $1000 for rings…”
“Um better make that $2000. I want the best ring for my wife.”
“Jack, as long as it symbolizes our love, I could care less about the cost of it.”
“I know, but I care.”
“Okay, well that leaves$9000 to go towards our honeymoon!”
“Not bad, if I do say so myself. That is the most important part, is it not?!”
“Jack!”
They both laughed as Jack pulled out his laptop to do a little honeymoon research. They were searching for about 20 minutes when jack stumbled across the Atlantis site.
“Jack, it’s gorgoues. Oh, I’d love to go there. Lets see how much it costs.”
They looked into and found out that a 2 bedroom suite would cost $400 a night. That was the best way to go as they wanted a nice room but the nicest ones were 2 bedroom and that would accommodate both couples right there. They wanted to stay there 6 nights and 7 days so that would be $2400. Their flight would only be $1800 for the 4 of them. That would leave their meals figuring in on $100 a day for both couples is $700 and then there’s always fun extra stuff to do. They figured around $7000 total for all 4 of them to go.
Jack and Sue knew that they would have more money than Bobby and Tara would because of Bobby’s gambling problem, and the fact that Tara’s mom was single. They wanted to help as much as they could and knew it was possible for them so they called Tara and Bobby.
“Okay you guys, we have booked our honeymoon suite and everything is settled. We are going to Atlantis in the Bahamas!” Jack told them as he heard them both shout with delight.
“Okay Sparky how much is this fabulous honeymoon going to cost us?”
“Well there’s one thing I should tell you first. The only way to afford this easily with no struggles is to book a 2 bedroom suite for us to share. There’s a gigantic living room that separates the bedroom and everything, so we don’t have to worry about disturbing each other. We also have private baths and a full kitchen.”
“Sounds like a good plan to me. How much?”
“Well the room is $400 a night so $2400 total for 6 nights, and then plane tickets are $450 so a total of $1800. Which means you guys would owe us $2000. Oh and one last catch, you have to let us pay for all of the meals and sightseeing we do together.”
“I can’t let you do that mate. I need to pay for my wife and I.”
“Crash, it’s not a question of letting us, we are going to do it anyways. It’s our wedding present from us to you.”
“Fine, but I’ll make it up to you somehow.”
“Okay, maybe someday I’ll let you.”

Here's almost the last part you guys. Just a bit more to come.
Bobby and Tara were very excited about what they were doing for their honeymoon. It had been Tara’s dream to go there since she saw the movie “Holiday in the Sun” as a young lady. They were absolutely ecstatic while they worked on all the rest of the details for their wedding.
“Bobby, we need to talk about a few things. Like where we want to live, kids... We obviously don’t need two apartments, so we should decide which one we want. But we shouldn’t renew our contracts for the year if we’re going to be needing more room any time soon. Which is a major thing we need to discuss.”
“I agree we do need to talk about this stuff first. What do you want to do about kids. Do you want them soon or after we’ve been married for a few years…”
“I don’t care. I really love kids so whenever we feel the time is right I guess. One thing for you though is do we want to take precautions so we don’t get pregnant right away?”
“I think we should just go with whatever happens. I love kids too and if we get pregnant right away that great because I’ve always wanted kids, but if we don’t that’s cool too. Does that make sense?”
“Yes, I think that’s the way to go too. Now what about where we are going to live?”
“I found a really nice neighborhood being built not to far from town. It would be in our price range if you want to check it out.”
“That sounds good. Neither of our apartments would work if we did have kids. They are not kid friendly whatsoever.”
“That’s for sure. How about we go check them out in the morning?”
“Sounds good. I’m to tired now to drive out there anyways. Let’s go to bed.”
They went and got ready for bed and fell asleep in the comfort of each others arms.
-----
Jack heard a knock on the door after they got off the phone with Bobby and Tara. He signed “door” to Sue as he stood to open it. Mrs. Thomas was standing just outside the door and asked “I saw your light was still on, I hope I wasn’t interrupting anything. Mind if I come in?”
“You didn’t and we don’t mind at all. I was just on my way down to get a glass of water I’ll be back in a minute.”
“Darling?” Carla said to Sue, “I’m sorry about what I said. It was wrong of me and I know that you are totally capable of making good decisions. I’m happy for both of you. Jack is a very nice young man, and I can tell you both are in love with each other. Will you forgive me?”
“Of course, mom.” She replied as she leaned to give her mom a hug. “I’m sorry too, though. I shouldn’t have been so disrespectful. You are my mother and I know that you will have an opinion, but I do need to be able to grow up and get married. Yes, you’re right, Jack and I are very much in love, and we wouldn’t be getting married next week if we weren’t. Do you understand?”
“Yes, darling. I like Jack, I think he’s good for you and is a very nice and good looking man.”
“Mother!” Sue said as she rolled her eyes.
The two women were now at peace with each other and were having fun discussing stuff about the wedding when Jack and Mr. Thomas walked in.
“It looks like you two finally made up, huh?” John said to them with a laugh.
“Yes dear, we’re fine.”
“Well, we better let you two get some rest, you did have a long day after all.” He said as he took his wife by the hand and lead her out.
“Jack we need to figure out one thing tonight.”
“What’s that love?”
“Housing and Kids.”
“Oh, boy, I suppose you’re right.”
“Lucy obviously lives in the apartment with me, and no offense Hun, but yours is a tad small for all of my stuff.”
“Yes, that’s true. That was something I was going to tell you. When I went downstairs so you could talk to your mom, I called my parents. They said they’d be there and they also said for our wedding present that they would cover the down payment on a house. Anywhere we wanted it. I was talking to Bobby and he was looking in on a new development not to far from downtown. He wanted to check it out and I told him to do the same for us. I hope you don’t care that I did that, I thought it might be a good idea. And if they decide and we decide to move there we could be neighbors. What do you think?”
“Sounds wonderful Jack. We have to go check it out when we get in on Monday night.”
“Yes we do. Oh, and the kid thing.”
“Yeah, the kid thing, do you want kids?”
“Of course I do, I love them… if you want them that is…”
“Yes, I want them for sure. I’ve always wanted to be a mom. How soon do you want kids,a dn do we want to take precautions?”
“I think we should let God make that decision for us. Even if we did use precautions, if he wanted us to get pregnant, we would, so we shouldn’t bother, if you ask me.”
“I think that sounds that a very good plan. Now if we’re done with that conversation I’m tired, so let’s get some sleep.”
“Sounds good.” He said as he kissed her. “I love you, Sue. More than everything.”
“I love you too Jack.”
-----
Bobby and Tara went out on Christmas day to look at the houses one of the models didn’t have doors on it so they walked through it quick. They absolutely fell in love with it and decided right away on Monday to put in an offer for one of the finished ones. They called Jack and Sue that night and told them every detail about it and said they were putting in an offer. Jack decided that if when they drove by it, they liked it, they would do the same on Tuesday morning.
-----
Jack and Sue also fell in love with the houses. They put in an offer on the house next to the one Bobby and Tara did and both of the couples offers were accepted. They were set to move in the following week.
-----
It was now one week after Christmas Eve. Tara, Sue, Lucy, and Donna were all in the Bride’s room, at Sue’s church back in DC, getting dressed.
“I am so nervous you guys. I don’t know what I am going to do when we get to Atlantis tonight.”
“Um, I have a pretty good idea what Jack and Bobby are going to want to do!” Donna said with a laugh.
“I know what he’s going to want to do, but it’s something I don’t have the experience in as he does. I’m a bit scared.”
“You’ll be fine dear. Just follow your instincts. That’s what I did. Let’s just say I was in the same shoes as you. I learned fast.”
They all laughed together and had fun talking about what a change it was going to be once they were married.
Just have to add the wedding and this story is over.

Heres the final post guys. Thanks for all of the fabulous feedback. I'm glad you al enjoyed it. I'm trying to decide if I want to do a sequal. If you all would like that please say so. If I don't get a lot of demand for it, I won't bother. I hope you find this final post sufficient enough. If I had more time I would have gone into more detail, but life restrictions did not allow for it.
It was almost 1 o’clock. That meant they would all be going down the aisle very soon. Lucy and Donna went out in the hall to meet D and Myles, as they were first to go in. They went down the aisle and as soon as they did Tara and Sue went out into the hallway to meet Sue’s father. He was going to be walking both of the women down the aisle to their grooms.
As soon as they entered the sanctuary Jack and Bobby’s jaws dropped to the ground. They had seen their wives dresses before with their hair and makeup all done they were even more astounding.
Both couples exchanged vows with their close friends and family as their witnesses. The pastor then said, “It is my pleasure to introduce you to Mr. and Mrs. Manning and Mr. and Mrs. Hudson.”
The reception turned out absolutely beautiful and at 3:30 the couples both left in the limo to go to the airport, as their flight was set to leave at 6:00. They wanted to get there with plenty of time. As soon as they checked in to the airport, they settled at the gate in each others arms. “I cannot wait to get to our honeymoon,” all of them agreed.
When they did arrive at the hotel, it was nearly 11:00. The checked in and went straight to their room. They all were astounded by the gorgeous hotel and entered their amazing bedrooms to check the décor out and the beauty of those too. Neither couple saw each other for the rest of the night.
~THE END~
Thanks again everyone!
