I'm so glad that they don't have to go back to Randy's ever again!!! I'm sure if the situation comes up again, the answer will be a resounding NO!!!

I'm glad that they told Charlie about the engagement early and asked him to be a part of the wedding!!!

I love the way Ted told the team that the no-dating rule was gone and I'm glad both families are happy with the upcoming wedding!!

Chapter 19

‘Thomas……………… a word ………..’ Randy’s nasal tones drifted down the corridor as Sue and Levi stepped out of the elevator on Monday morning, followed by Jack.

Levi put his paw up to alert Sue just as Jack touched her arm and wrapped his arm around her shoulder.

‘Randy…………. What can I do for you………..?’

‘I wanted to thank you for looking after my pets so well while I was away…….. and to reward you I have decided that Hudson will be doing all your reports from now on……………. I was on my way to see you all, I understand that there has been an administrative error in my absence and as such I have to demand payment from you all, in lieu of expenses which were incorrectly paid out by Morris while he was covering for me…………. He made payments for expenses incurred incorrectly as well as those claimed on the wrong paperwork…….. he will of course be dealt with by myself……….. and demoted to office cleaner or some such menial task to which he is no doubt well suited………. since he has once again proven himself to be woefully unsuitable for a post in Office Services………………’

Sue looked blankly at Jack since she had no idea what Randy was prattling on about.

Jack filled her in as Randy continued to talk.

‘Actually Randy, I think you will find that it is not your place to demote Wayne……….. Ted has taken on that responsibility….. he was more than a little concerned that you have failed on a number of occasions to reimburse us for legitimate expenses………… I understand he wishes to see you to discuss a number of issues………….’

‘Yes, well I have a number of issues which I wish to discuss with him, such as your inappropriate and excessive use of bureau issue paperclips…….. as well as the obvious breach of FBI policy number 126 point 7 subsection 68 paragraph 325.4, ‘the forbidding of inter-unit dating’……….. I assume since I see an engagement ring on Thomas’ finger and you have your arm wrapped around her in a most inappropriate manner that you are in breach of that policy Hudson………..’

‘Talk away Randy, talk away……….. if such a policy exists, it refers to dating……… nothing about being engaged or married………. now if you will excuse us we have a country to save……….. and one more thing……… I won’t be writing Sue’s reports…….. she was helping you out and you cannot allow that kind act to affect what you do in the workplace…….’

As they walked away Sue turned, ‘one more thing Randy……….. if I were you I’d tread carefully around here………. We wouldn’t want Ted to find out you named an Iguana after him would we……………….?’

As Randy walked off muttering something incomprehensible about agents Jack dragged Sue into a room and closed the door before pulling her close for a kiss that left her breathless and wanting more.

It's over? But ... but ... Randy's still there!

Love how Sue had the last word! I don't think I will ever look at Randy Pitts in the same way again!

What a story, Cath!! And, I love that Jack called Randy on the carpet!! Sue was cute about the Iguana being named after Ted!!! I don't think it's going to be a very good week for Randy!!!
