Joy, yeah, pretty much...I don't think it would be a good idea to tell you all what he wrote
==================
Sue took a deep breath before opening the door. Jack stood there in the hall, in a tux and holding a bouquet of flowers. “Wow.” His eyes were wide at the sight of Sue in her dark blue, spaghetti strap dress.
Sue had argued with herself for quite a while over this dress. She had bought it ages ago, she couldn’t even remember why. It was of a satiny material, and hugged her curves tightly. That wasn’t even mentioning the low back. She had her wrap on right now, but she knew she would probably have to take it off at some point. The other option had been a burgundy dress, which was pretty, and very modest. It had thick straps, and the back came all the way up to her neck. The top was loose and sequiny, with the bottom a smooth velvet fabric. Lucy had come into her room while she was looking at the two dresses, taken one look at them, and said, “Girl, don’t tell me you’re even considering not wearing this dress,” holding up the blue one.
Sue had sighed and agreed to wear it. “With a wrap!” She had told Lucy, who had rolled her eyes.
Jack handed her the flowers, stepping inside. “Ah, are you ready to go?” He asked, apparently having recovered from the first sight of her.
“Let me put these in some water and then we can go,’’ she told him.
A moment later she reappeared from the kitchen. "All ready?" She asked. He nodded and they headed for the door, leaving Levi at home with Lucy.
It was warm outside, beautiful weather for a summer date. Sue realized she wasn't going to need her wrap. She removed it as they walked down the steps of the apartment building, and out of the corner of her eyes saw Jack open his mouth then snap it shut again. She shivered as she felt him put his hand on the small of her back, then open the car door for her.
Two and a half hours later, Sue and Jack were finished with dinner and were strolling in a nearby park, hand in hand. They passed a bench and Jack led Sue to it, pulling her onto his lap, arms wrapped around her. That dress had been driving him insane all night. It complimented her so well...mmm. "Sue?"
"Hmmm?" she looked up, meeting his eyes with no hesitation.
"I love you." His simple statement brought a huge smile to her face and tears to her eyes.
"I love you too," she told him. He smiled even wider than she did. He leaned over to kiss her, keeping it light and casual.
He pulled back and studied her face. "Will you marry me?"
She blinked. "Did I read that right?"
"Uh, I guess so, and I guess that means I shouldn't have--"
"Jack, did you mean that?" She cut him off, her eyes earnest.
"Yes, I did, Sue. I love you. I want you to be my wife more than anything in the world. But I'll wait for you too. I guess that was a little too rushed...."
"I will."
"What?! I mean really?" The gentle smile on her face told him he hadn't been hearing things. He leaned over once again but this time he didn't keep it casual, he let himself deepened the kiss as much as she would let him--which, he discovered, was quite a bit.
"I, I don't have a ring with me..." He said, finally breaking the kiss.
"With you?"
He looked down. "Yeah, I bought it a while ago. I saw it...it reminded me so much of you. It's at my apartment." He looked into her eyes again. "Can we go get it?"
She nodded and they got up to walk back to the car. He held her close on the walk back. He wanted the world to know that this wonderful woman was his.

"Oh, Jack, it's beautiful," she breathed. He had slipped the ring on her finger after kissing it lightly.
"Just like you," he said, kissing her passionately. They made their way to the couch as he moved to her neck, fingering the little straps of her dress. She groaned and pulled him back to her lips, needing to kiss him back.
His hand on her back was creating feelings in er she had never had before. She could feel his fingers on the edge of the fabric, slipping under it occasionally. He moved his lips back to her neck. The sigh he let out told her his feelings as he continued pushing the straps of her dress out of the way of his hungry mouth.
She pulled back to look at him. The passion in his eyes was reflected on hers. "Jack..." He realized the way she felt and held his breath. He moved to slip the strap off her shoulder then stopped.
"Are you sure?" He asked her. She nodded. "Okay." He picked her up and carried her to his bedroom, where he finally pulled those tiny, shiny little straps from off her shoulders, where they had been driving him nuts all night. They stayed there all night, knowing that they were one with each other and they would soon be one in marriage.
