We are pleased to announce the promotions of Jill, Duckfan, Kav and Flip to the position of SuperMod. (You may have noticed their names in blue on the online list.) They have all exhibited a keen eye and a balanced approach in their mod duties that matches the philosophy we've tried to operate under, and the membership responds well to their guidance and example. They have shown a willingness to address issues not only in the one or two forums for which they're an assigned moderator, but have stepped in to handle potential problems in other forums as well. By giving them SuperMod status, they will be able to actually deal with those issues instead of having to bring them to someone else's attention.

The admin team is still available to all of you at any time (okay, maybe not when we're sleeping!!) to assist in handling issues that arise. The addition of our SuperMods will simply enhance our entire team's ability to efficiently and effectively handle our growing site. We're proud of the work ALL of you do, and hope you'll join us in congratulating Flip, Kav, Duckfan and Jill on this 'promotion'.
