and not just Bobby either.... Have you seen the look in Tempe's eye this season when she thinks Booth is excercising his... anthropological inevitability?

although actually, she's going to be quite taken with Einstein with a Gun... if you know what I mean....

(purely from a social anthropological standpoint of course.)
**I can't resist... I have spent so much time in the evening writing that I'm excited about this so.... I provide you with... Girls night! ****
They stopped at the local grocery on their way to Sue and Lucy’s place. They each hit a different area of the store, meeting up at the registers. “OK, do we have everything?” Sue asked, eyeing the purchases in the other’s baskets. “I got the popcorn and diet sodas”
“I got the ice cream, chocolate sauce and whipped topping” said Tara.
“And I have the chocolate cake” finished Lucy. “We’ve got enough sugar and stuff here to not need donuts tomorrow. Plus, pizza is on its way.” She laughed and the others joined in, Levi barking his approval. They quickly cashed out and made it to the apartment just as the delivery guy did. Sue and Tara grabbed the bags while Lucy paid the driver. They quickly unloaded the groceries and rushed to climb into sleepover standard, flannel pajamas so that they could all be comfortable during girls night. “So, what’s the order of business, chicas?” Lucy asked, comfortably clad in a pair of lilac plaid pajamas.
“Pizza, silly!” Tara responded cheekily. Lucy rolled her eyes at her, sitting there in her Tinkerbell flannels while Sue laughed in her blue floral pajamas. “Well, after that, we could do nails or hair or play Truth or Dare…” She waggled her eyebrows at Lucy and Sue.
Sue nodded. “I say Truth or Dare while doing our nails. It could get interesting.”
“Sounds like a plan, and then after our nails are done, we can watch movies and eat ice cream.” Lucy said. “So, Tara. Sue said our mission tonight is to help you figure out who Tara Williams is. In what respect do you think you need to know yourself better?”
Tara chewed her pizza thoughtfully, and took a swig of her diet soda before responding. “Well, Sue and I were talking today and I was really frustrated because the guys I like, either don’t think enough of me to have me BE the only one they’re with. Or they’re intimidated by the thought of dating an agent. It could just be that I meet them too late. And I have never really felt comfortable being the 3rd party that breaks up a relationship.”
She stared at her pizza intently.
“Right.” Sue said. “And I still say you’re brilliant, cute, funny and they’re idiots if they don’t see that. Tara, you have a very pure heart and an innocent outlook on life. But you wouldn’t be an agent if you didn’t know what you were doing. So what we have to do tonight, is convince you that you are worthy of finding that true love connection. Only God can offer really true, pure love, but he can also provide the opportunity for the next closest thing. I believe he has someone for everyone out there somewhere. It’s just a matter of timing and faith.”
Tara gave a snort. “Yeah, right, worthy of finding love. I’m so not weekend worthy it’s not even funny.”
Sue looked confused. “I’m sorry. I didn’t catch all that, did you say weekend worthy?”
Lucy was quick to explain. “Yes, Sue, what Tara means is she’s never found anyone to consider her ‘worthy’ enough to ask to share their weekend. People only desire your company Monday through Thursday, leaving you to feel as though you are not a valid enough presence to merit weekend time. I think I saw that blog you were looking at the other day, Tara. That chick on myspace had a pretty good theory about weekend worthiness.”
Tara nodded. “That’s right, she went on to say that it can work for a while, if you’re friends with other non weekend worthy people. Because you are weekend worthy for each other. But heavens forbid your fellow weekend non worthy’s find people themselves who find them worthy…because then you’re out in the cold again. Lest you feel really left out, your job at least considers a group of co-workers to be weekend worthy, but what do you do after work?”
“She said she only really started considering the ‘weekend worthy’ angle when she was walking to her car after work on a Saturday and saw her wedding dress. Her dream dress, in the window of a bridal shop on the way. I felt so bad for her.” Lucy said. “She wrapped up her blog post saying that to be married is the ultimate confirmation of weekend worthy. Because here’s this person willing to find you weekend worthy for the rest of your lives.”
“Wow. That’s both really insightful and really beautiful. In the way that she thinks of it. Always being weekend worthy for the rest of your lives, cool.” Sue said. “Tara, I’m sorry if you feel that we don’t think you’re weekend worthy. You are, I guess Lucy and I always think you have plans or something on the weekends we aren’t working. Any time you need someone to hang with, you’ve got us. Please don’t hesitate to call?”
Tara chewed her pizza and swallowed, giving a hasty wipe to her eyes for the tears that had suddenly sprung up. “I will keep that in mind. So, in a new direction, perhaps leading to our truth or dare game in a bit, Sue, please rate your feelings of weekend worthiness towards Jack?” She exchanged looks with Lucy, while Sue blushed.
“Um, well…. Gee, the pizza is really good tonight, isn’t it Lucy?” Sue stammered and tried to change the conversation topic.
“Oh no, you’re not getting out of this one. Right Levi?” Lucy paused for Levi’s bark and continued. “This is a slumber party and we’re all pinky sworn that what ever is spoken at this sleep over, stays at this sleep over.” They all linked pinkies and agreed. “Although, ASL is not actually spoken so anything signed is fair game….”
Sue rolled her eyes at her roommate and shook her head. “Well I guess I’ll have to be really selective about what I sign. Unless I sign it so fast that you’ll have to ask for what I said, thereby turning it in to spoken word… hmmm.”
Tara threw her napkin at Sue and demanded an answer. “Ms. Thomas, I believe I asked you a question. What is Jack’s weekend worthiness?”
Still blushing furiously, Sue answered. “Well, I suppose if weekend worthiness was on a scale of 1-10 he’d be about a 15.” Raising her eyebrows at Lucy, she dared her to contradict her.
Lucy burst out laughing, “You won’t get me arguing that one, I agree 15 is perfect. What about you Tara? Care to rank Bobby’s weekend worthiness?”
Now it was Tara’s turn to blush. “No fair. You’ve been catching me with Bobby’s name on my tongue all day today. You have to ask where I find him on that scale? Dimple factor aside, he’d be about, oh…” she paused, tapping her finger on her chin. “I dunno, I guess 19. He’s just too bloody cute. And that accent makes my knees weak.” She looked sideways at her dinner companions. “I suppose I just said that out loud didn’t I?”
They both nodded; Sue reached over to pat Tara on the hand. “It’s ok, if Levi and I weren’t so smitten with Jack, he’d be my high score too!” She gasped. “I suppose I just said that I was smitten with Jack out loud too, didn’t I?” She made a face. “So Lucy. How about your undercover partner? You’re going to have to be friendly with Myles to be convincing at the party. How does he really rate right now?”
Lucy almost spit the mouthful of soda out her mouth, swallowing quickly. “Einstein with a gun? Well, he did ask me out to dinner today, and you’re right, we will have to be convincing at the party.” She paused. “Well, I suppose even a Harvard grad can change his pinstripes, I guess I consider him to be 9 now. Besides, if Sue’s with Mr. 15 and Tara’s hanging out with Mr. 19, I’d better consider him to be some sort of weekend worthy soon.” She rolled her eyes again as her friends squealed in laughter.
***By the way, the Weekend worthy thing is a personal view of mine.... several lonely weekends before I started writing fanfiction.... You can view it on my Myspace blog.... look for me at mionebristow....

(Girls night cannot possibly be appreciated if you don't have the 2nd post as well so....)****************
Deciding they were done with pizza for the night, they cleared off the table and brought out the manicure sets. Lucy started with Sue’s manicure first. Looking her in the eye as she started, she asked, “Ok, Sue. You’re first to be manicured so you have to answer the first question.” Tara nodded her agreement. “So, Sue, Truth or Dare?” Lucy asked.
Sue pursed her lips for a moment. “You know, with only the three of us, this game isn’t going to last very long, right?” She responded. Noting their nods, she continued. “Fine, fine. Truth.”
Lucy looked up from filing Sue’s nails to ask the question. “Fine, truth rules. What makes you think most fondly of Jack?”
“Ooh, great question. I’ve wondered the answer to that myself.” Tara said enthusiastically.
Sue pondered the question for a while, as Lucy moved from filing to prepping her nails for the polish. “Oh, I know.” She said. “I think most fondly of Jack, when I smell glazed donuts and coffee and his aftershave. When we were ‘married’, oh girls, you do not even know how many times I just unscrewed the lid of his aftershave and took a whiff.” She blushed as she said it. “I forget what kind it is, but oh man! He smells so great.” Tara and Lucy laughed with her after she said it, because they knew how good he smelled in the mornings. “Ok, my turn to ask a question. Lucy. Truth or Dare?”
Lucy put the last swipe of polish on Sue’s pinky as she thought about what she’d prefer to answer. “I dunno. Let’s see, truth.”
“What do you want to know, boy?” She asked Levi. He responded with a big WOOF. “Oh, Levi, that is an excellent question. I think I’d like to know the answer to that question as well. So Lucy, your question you have to answer truthfully, is, What do you dream about?”
Lucy’s jaw dropped as she thought back to her last dream that she had and she shot a glare at Tara because Tara was giggling so hard that tears streamed down her cheeks and she was getting the hiccups. “Oh, that is an excellent question.” Lucy stalled, Tara laughed harder. Sue just kept glancing between the two of them, puzzled by the response. “Well, I dream about helping the people I love and care about the most, find their true one and only weekend worthy person. I’d like nothing better than to come in and find all of you paired off with each other. Tara’s turn. Truth or Dare, tippy toes?”
Tara slowly stopped giggling and took a drink of soda, before starting to work on Lucy’s manicure. “Well, keeping up with our tradition so far, I will need to go with truth.”
“Ok. Have you ever kissed any of our teammates?” Lucy asked.
“Undercover? No.” Tara hedged.
“Not undercover? Tara, I’m thinking there’s more to this answer.” Sue accused. “Lucy didn’t specify undercover or otherwise. So what is it?”
Tara blushed. “When Bobby took me to that concert right after dingbat Darcy took off on him, he kissed me good night on my front porch.” Sue and Lucy’s eyes grew wide. “But he said that he had been wrong about it and that kissing me, made him miss Darcy.”
Sue reached over and patted her arm. “I’m sorry Tara. I guess that partially answers the question about the guys you meet too late or the ones who you don’t feel think of you as weekend worthy.”
Tara shrugged. “It’s no big deal, because we’re teammates and the rules and all that. It was a bit of a mistake to think he’s interested in me. But he did say today that for me, his calendar is wide open….”
Lucy gaped at Tara. “I’ll say that’s a big confirmation that he’s got some feelings for you. He does seem to stare at you just as much as you’ve practically said his name every time you opened your mouth today.”
“Really?” Tara sighed. “Was it that obvious?”
“Not to the guys.” Sue reassured her. “I’m sure they are still completely in the dark about it.”
Tara finished Lucy’s manicure and allowed Sue to start on hers. “True. They are not really the most astute bunch of guys. Do we need to do another round of truth or have we exhausted the possibilities for lack of additional players?”
Lucy and Sue laughed. “Oh, I think we’ve had enough soul baring today.” Lucy teased.
“Here, let me work on the other hand so we’ll get your manicure done even faster.” Together, Sue and Lucy completed Tara’s manicure. Grabbing bowls of ice cream, they moved into the living room and started up a movie.
