Linny~ you are on the right track...but remember Sue only gave Jack the Hershey's kiss after he gave her something....so I think a little more bribbing and I will post it by the end of my day at work. And I am not evil, I am learning the art of the cliffie as my beta for this story told me in a PM this morning.

But just to show my appreciation of you being a great reader...here is a bit more. Just know it will take a lot more to get you off this cliff.

Sue raced into the hallway shutting the door behind her. Tara and Lucy had now read the little card. They vowed to give Sue her privacy until she returned after all Sue was in her heart pjs. Sue looked around the hallway when a familiar figure clad in his blue and green plaid pjs with a black shirt came into her line of sight.



“Well, Miss Thomas do you have answer to my question?” the figure asked.



Sue looked down at her hand to the lone candy heart that was there. Sue took a step closer as he did as well, he leaned in to kiss her cheek and she turned and let him kiss her where she needed to be kissed the most. The pair kissed happily letting everything around them become blurry in the background. They pulled back, both were all smiles.

Sweet heart....its a good thing I love you....great post....

Well as promised, I would post the rest today....I also have an epilogue written so I will post that later today. Here you go!

“I guess that means you are willing to be my Valentine?” the man asked.



“Yes, Jack I will be. You know what they say about stories that end with kisses like those, don’t you?”



“No Sue, what do they say?” Jack questioned.



“...and they all lived happily (holding up the candy heart she had) Ever After! The End.” Sue informed him.



“But my dearest Sue, it is only the beginning.” They laughed as she placed that candy heart in his mouth and they kissed once again.

Aw, the whole thing was just so sweet!

Hehe... That seems like such a Sue thing to do. Such a cute way to end it. Wonderful.... so... -ahem- about that epilogue?

Kaci, I wasn't too sure about Sue in the beginning of this story - seemed a little out of character - but she came around and I love how you have worked the candies in!! What a neat idea, to send notes with them!! I never would have thought of that!!!

I love Jack when he's in a planning mood!! He always comes up with great ideas!!!

Epilogue....



Sue and Jack were so caught up in their kiss that they didn’t see or hear Lucy and Tara leaning out into the hallway.



Tara looked at Lucy and said “I guess that is better than those Hershey’s that he has been getting lately?”



“Yeah, probably.” Lucy just retorted with a laugh.



Jack was right it was only the beginning. Jack and Sue had a meal at one of the five restaurants he made reservations at. Sue got to choose of course. They enjoyed the whole day together, the funny thing is they never got of their pjs. As for Lucy and Tara they enjoyed the movies and never told a soul of what they saw.



*I guess when all is said and done, the little candies truly weren’t as bad as they seemed!

Really sweet story and I could just picture the candy letters. Very cute. Oh and by the way, I love those candy hearts, yummy! I'll have to think up a great letter to write out of candy hearts some day.

This was hilarious. And I mean c'mon, people are allowed to act out of character sometimes. I'm sure that sue gets pissed off just like anyone of us and I liked your bravery for showing us all that. She was too funny.
