"Ms. Baxter, can we talk to you? We're with the FBI." Jack said and showed her his badge.

Raven smiled and responded, "Actually... I'm like just getting ready to leave to go to my friends house. Can you come back?"

Cory nodded his head and made a sharp turn to the agents.

Jack and Sue looked at each other and Sue signed, 'Did she just ask that? Not good Sparky.'

The two looked at each other and walked away.

"I think we should call the others." Sue said as-a-matter-of-factly.

"Why?" Jack puzzled.

"Wasn't the voice on the calls a females??"

"Yeah..." Jack responded.

"than it wouldn't be Ty or Ryan." and Sue opened the car door and got in.

...The team agreed that it wouldn't be the men so they all headed back to the Bureau...

Sue walked in, "Ok so we know that it wasn't one of the guys. And the girls won't tell us anything... right?"
The team nodded their heads.
Sue continued, "Well, the Hunt is tomorrow. What are we going to do? Wait it out?"

The team all stared at her. No one had a good response.

Tara broke the silence, "I think that is our best bet now."

The team was discouraged. They just had to hope that nothing would happen.

The team had stayed up until 1:45 to try and find a lead, but they found nothing. Nothing. Nothing. And now at 6:15, still, nothing. Nothing. Nothing.

The men started to prepare to go, but they knew that they would have to be on guard. A.N.Y.T.H.I.N.G could happen. Thats what they were afraid of.

The special agents checked their guns and made sure that they were in tip top shape, they checked the microphone-2 way walkie talkies, and checked the camera system. There could be NO FLAWS in the system. NO FLAWS, or it could mean death for a victim. What would they do? Could there be a terrorist attack? Could their be a killing? Could there be a kidnapping? Could there be nothing? Could there be a threat? How would they react in these situations? What would they need to do? Are they worried about something that would turn out to be a prank?

Everyone, Raven, Hannah, Ty, Ryan, and the President. They all were prepareing for what they were going to do. Another was also preparing for their deed. Their most evil deed. What would happen and how would the agents respond to this crime?

The families started to come in. All different families of different colors and ages. Families of different sizes. They all came in in their Easter clothes, bright and ready for the day, unknowing of what would happen.

"HI EVERYBODY! HAPPY EASTER!" Hannah yelled skipping out onto the stage that was set up for the occasion. She was waving. "I hope you all have a fantastic easter! Isn't the weather perfect?"

Everyone cheered and screamed really loudly.

"Well, to start off... I would like to introduce my good friend, Raven! She will sing the theme song of her show, That's So Raven. Give it up for Raven!!"

As Hannah walked of and Raven walked on they hugged each other.

In the crowd was the man that was going to perform the horrible act. He was even closer to his time of crime...

Raven sang her song and the families clapped.

Hannah came back out and announced, "Wasn't that great?" The team rolled their eyes and started whispering. "Now the President would like to kick off the Hunt. Than you all can come back for more entertainment. Like... I'm going to sing, Ty Pennington, from Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, is here. American Idol's Ryan Seacrest is here too!! So after the hunt be sure to come back."

The President walked onto the stage and the agents became on full alert. A.N.Y.T.H.I.N.G could happen. After all the President was on stage.

"Hi everyone! I hope you are enjoying your day! Now everyone can get as many eggs as they want. For the older kids try to limit it somewhat so that way the little ones can get some. Does anyone need a bag?" He panned the crowd and didn't see anyone that needed one, but he saw a familiar face. One... anyone might recoginize. "Ok. Ready. GO!"

Little white dresses and pink bows scurried around to get the eggs. Parents helped the kids... teenagers ran for their own chocolate! They couldn't let the kids get it all!

The man sat and watched. Watched. Watched. Watch-e-d.

"Hey everyone! How was that? Fun??" Hannah yelled imto the microphone. She nodded towards the band to start playing. (singing), "You get the limo out front. Hottest styles, every shoe, every color. When your famous it can be kinda fun, it's really you but no one ever discovers. Who ever thought that a girl like me could double as a superstar!!!" As she sang these words the team grew suspicious, it's really you but no one ever discovers. Who ever thought that a girl like me could double as a superstar.Whats this? They weren't worried about the real 'bad' guy...

The special agents started walking up towards the stage. After her song they were going to talk to her.

You're really building the suspense well! I caught your Hannah show on YTV on the weekend and kind of understand some things now. Is she "undercover" as a superstar? In other words the kids at school etc. don't realize she's the singer?

Hi JR! I'm so late to this party but I've finally found some time to read.

This story is really creative... using all those kids... and Ryan Seacrest!

I'm a great fan of Raven (Still watching it even though the kid I used to watch with no longer watches it because she's all grown up ) and I'm loving it that you have Raven in this story. Knowing her penchant for misinterpreting all her visions, I can only imagine what mayhem can happen.

Ooh!!! By the way, I think I know who the mysterious caller is! And I can't wait to see if I'm right!

Can't wait to see Sue as the Easter Bunny! And Jack is going to propose!?

Just in time for the perfect time for Jack to propose to Sue.

He walked up to her from across the field and said, "Sue, you need to get on stage. You can say goodbye and get out of that..... that..... suit..... thing....." and he chuckled. The two walked up to the middle of the stage and Jack told everyone that the Easter Bunny was leaving, but before she left there was going to be a surprize.

Sue looked very confused. Jack announced, "The Easter Bunny couldn't make it, so my friend filled in for him." He turned to Sue and got on one knee. He looked Sue in the 'eyes' and said, "Susan Thomas, will you, besides all my faults, in front of all these people, promise to love me forever? Sue Thomas, Will You Marry Me?"

The yard filled with sighs and 'awes'. Sue looked down and saw the man that she had always loved, and responded, "Jackson Samuel Hudson, you will be stuck with me till death do us part. I love you!!" Jack grabbed a huge basket of Sue's favorite chocolate and among it was a card and a beautiful diamond ring. The ring sparkled in the bright sunlight. Sue turned and waved as the Easter Bunny and exited the stage with Jack holding her hand.

As soon as they exited, the crime happened, a man walked up to the middle of the stage, holding a microphone, and said, "I HAVE NO SING ABILITY, I ENGINEER, BUT I SING FOR ALL YOU!" And sang a song the was so badly sung that no one could tell what he was saying, but everyone knew it was William Hung (American Idol). Ears were plugged and people that were standing sat on the floor in fear that glass would break.

Three long minutes of William Hung's 'entertainment' passed and when he was done and people felt safe to get up Raven walked over to the team.

"I'm sorry I had to lie. If you need to arrest me, that's ok. I knew that he was going to show up and sing, and I knew that it would be the worst addition to the Hunt, so I tried to inform you that something was up. But it's ok... no one got hurt. Right?" Raven told.

The guys glared at her in a sense of we're gunna kill you, but as, we can't believe you just didn't tell us.

"So I'm not in trouble?" Raven asked.

Simoutaneously the men responded, "No." but at the same time Myles said, "Yes". And they all laughed.

This had all been an Easter to Forget. Except for Sue and Jack. For them, it was the best day in their lives, excluding William Hung. Sue couldn't hear it though, so just for Jack.

Thank you for a great story. I had guessed it was Raven also; but, I've never watched American Idol, so I don't know who William Hung is (or how bad he sings) . This was a super mystery. You held us on the edge of our seats, but no crime was involved.

My granddaughter tried out for a part in the Sound of Music in our church production last summer and she didn't make it either. But, she went on to take drama in her first year of junior high school and has loved it. She has a slight speech impediment and it has helped her tremendously, besides just plain fun for her!

Now, I certainly understand about running out of time on your story. But, maybe you can change up the ending you had in mind and use it as a scene in another story. At least, that way you would get to use the idea!
