Please refrain from referring to and/or posting information about other sites or links to off-site addresses in your posts, siggies or avatars. These will be removed unless pre-approved by an Admin. The reason for this is that this site cannot take responsibility for policing links posted by members. Therefore, this is to minimize that effort. All spam will be removed.

Siggies and Avatars are to avoid unofficial 'titles'. We try and preserve a commaraderie on this site; therefore, titles are reserved for members of the staff and exceptions that have been preapproved or awarded by the Administration.

Members are asked to keep their pictures, banners and such limited to one in their siggies. Maximum size is 40kb per graphic. Members are also asked not to make banners into links unless they are within this site or preapproved. Moderators and Admin are offered two banners and pictures. Contact Admin regarding exceptions.

In the interest of safety, personal information should not be included in siggies. This includes members' full names or information regarding personal situations. Such information will be edited out of siggies by the Admin without notification or discussion.

Guidelines regarding Avatar and Siggie Images:

- all images should conform to the standards and spirit of this site
- all images must be static, due to bandwidth consideration
- images cannot be hotlinks, or contain links or website addresses
- personal photos are not allowed for members under age 18, and are seriously discouraged for all other members due to safety considerations
- admin reserves the right to edit or delete any image deemed inappropriate
- siggies are limited to 7 lines of text

Violations or extra long siggies will simply be edited to fit guidelines. If you have specific questions regarding this policy, please PM one of the Admins.
