This is really sad. My heart broke when I found out about this. I really love this show. I really hope they finish a season and jack and sue get together now. since the show is ending. I am going to miss it. Maybe down the road they will put it on dvd and make a movie. Lets hope.

I am sadden by the news.

Why take off a good show that is clean. I don't understand.

I don't understand either. STFBE is one of the few shows that I find to be very family friendly and always look forward to watching it every week.

All I can really say is to thank the cast for putting on a wonderful 3 years, your storylines and the messages that are portrayed have been a huge influence in my life and I hope that you'll come back with a tv movie.

And Tiff, I'm from Ottawa, Canada and if myself and other Canadians who are on this board can somehow find a way to save the show, then I will be all for it.
Doglover
I am with you on this Mr. and Mrs Hudson. If Sue thomas goes off I will not watch pax anymore. the shows they are airing now besides Sue Thomas and Doc I don't care to watch. I hate that this show is ending. but if had too I understand somewhat. I am mad, sad all in the same time. This is a total nightmare for me and for all of us. I hope that Sue Thomas stays on for a long time. Why can't pax take off the other shows that people hardly watch. I just don't understand.

If the show does end I hope they put it on dvd. I thought they had a 5 year contract. All this goes to is the money. If it was not for the money our show would still be on. I guess I just don't understand any of this. Why take off clean shows that don't show a ugly thing, but they leave on dirty junk that have ugly words and stuff. Don't understand and I guess I never will. I mean am 21 and I don't care to watch that dirty mess on tv, mind as well keep the tv turned off. If Sue Thomas goes off, there is nothing else on I want to watch. But at least we have this site, I hope this site won't go down.

Sue thomas is the best show ever. Keep it alive. I will continue to pray that they keep Sue Thomas alive and they will changed there minds.

Okay Here if someone would listen. I'm in the process of writing a letter to CTV talking about STFBEye and i was e-mailing some friends and their friends as way as them has contacted CTV or Pax about STFBEye so I'm writing to them saying that this is a good decent show.
Doglover
Thanks lilsmoothiegirl. I hope it helps. Let us know if you hear from CTV
lilsmoochiegirl
okay doglover I will and you know that what happens we will always have the fans of STFBEye to back us up.

Hi everyone....

As you are all aware, this news broke a couple weeks ago...

First, there has been no updates. We are still hoping things change. Two months ago the show was good to go.... now it appears to be canceled. Things in the television business are always in flux. Nothing is over until its over. Remember, they ARE still filming at this moment.

Second, I have asked several for any updates. I am sure we will hear as they are available. The last time I spoke with the Writers, they were still working on some possibilities. They did not go into details. They did ask us not to write petitions at this point. I have asked if they still feel that way. This is the weekend... and they are in California, so the chance we will hear before next week is unlikely.

Third, for those who are worried about the site, it will continue to operate. So don't worry about that. This site was set up with writers in mind, and there are many other avenues to explore.

A final and personal note... I am hoping the 'information' does not pan out. As I said before, Television is a fast moving business. You honestly never know. Some shows find out one day before they are canceled, others get months notice. I am sad the information is true, but I am holding out a small hope so long as cast and crew are together. Movies and specials are other options.... But who really knows?? All I can say is hang in there. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst... and lets be supportive of the cast and crew. They are breaking up their "family", those they have worked and laughed with for the past 3 years, it will be tough...

regards, Jennifer

Well do you now what city cause I'm live in California and I would like to now where they are, don't worry I can't go visit them or anything, unless they are around San francisco, but i have a feeling they are in Los angelos.

When I found out that they were cancelling stfbeye i was completely devastated. I am completely in love with this show. Every episode amazes me. We can only pray that another station will realize the potential that this show has... i mean it has survived two complete seasons and has a huge fan base that continues to grow everyday.... and decides to pick it up.

I live in Ottawa Canada and watch the show on CTV. Perhaps there is a way that we can convine them to pick up the show. Unfortunately this may not help those in the states or in other country's since CTV is a canadian based network. if there were any way that a station like hallmark (from what i've read here, many other country's get this channel) could partner with CTV to air the show then that would be amazing. Perhaps even the WB would consider taking it on. The only thing we can do is pray that something will happen. God answers prayer and if we all come together then maybe we will be able to witness a miracle. A show like this that inspires so many people in so many different ways deserves to stay on the air. Family programming like this is hard to find and when you do, something always happens so that it can't stay on the air. The devil sure is working overtime these days.

To the cast and crew... Thank you for putting all your time and effort into making this show so amazing. Without your commitment and devotion none of this would have happened. We all realize that not only is this a loss for the viewers, but for all of you as well. This show has been part of your lives for the past three years, and is not something that will be easily forgotten. The emotion that you all brought to the characters is unreal. You have all done a remarkable job. Remember that we all love you and wish you all the best. We are all holding you in our prayers.

We must also think of the real Sue Thomas. Without her determination and courage, absolutely none of this would be possible. She is a remarkable woman that deserves all of out admiration. So Sue.. Thank you for everything.

Like i mentioned earlier, miracles do happen... maybe this will be yet another one. Let's enjoy what we have left. The three seasons on DVD and VHS would be wonderful or even a feature film.

So lets all continue to be hopeful
Hugs and Kisses to you all

Hello Again. I have just finished speaking to Dolphin, who has had a long day. She wanted me to pass on the following updates:

The Toronto Film Industry is having a problem with funding issues, however there are still negotiations under way. Dolphin wants everyone to relax. That she will find out the 100% facts and not a rumor. I agree and do not want this to be a rumor mill. She asked this thread be closed for the moment until she could make sure what she passed on was accurate.

As soon as she had more information, I will unlock the thread and she will post it. Please relax and don't worry for now.

regards,

Gershwin and Dolphin

UPDATE:

I have received an email from the Writers today (November 29th). Here is the information they have passed on to me.

That the show has not been renewed by PAX. And that while the Toronto Film Industry was a possible factor, PAX's decision not to continue the show is the main reason for the non-renewal. That writing PAX will probably not work. However, they have lifted their request that we not write. So I am providing the address below.

The show will continue filming through the end of January. The cast has not left the set.

AND.....there is talk of a possible movie... keep your fingers crossed!!!

What am I going to do??? I have written PAX, thanking them for the wonderful show, offering my support and asking for more if they are so inclined (a movie would be a wonderful idea!!). I am copying each of the gentleman that I am listing below.

Here is the address:
Paxson Communications Corp
601 Clearwater Park Road
West Palm Beach, FL 33401

And here are the contacts:
Lowell Paxson - Chairman and CEO
Dean Goodman - President and COO
Richard Garcia - CFO
Seth Grossman - Exec VP and Chief Strategic Officer

ONE FINAL REQUEST - for those who choose to write - I ask you to please be respectful, in the spirit of the show. After all, maybe we can rally for a movie if we do so in the right spirit!

regards,

Jen (Gershwin) writing.gif

PS. Dolphin and I will pass on information as it becomes available, is confirmed and we are allowed to release it. We promise the moment we can, it will be here for you. Additional information we are working on...will there be a finale, will there be a movie, how long the episodes will air and repeat for... along with many other questions. I know its hard, but I don't think anyone has all the answers right now. Please be patient.
Starbuck
From Dolphin.... "Pax has only gave enough money to STFBE for 13 episodes, despite the misinformation, the cast has not left and is still filming until mid-January. We can keep on praying for future, hoping that there will be a renewal of STFBE or a possible movie, like I have said before.
This site will be up and running even if there is no more STFBE episode. "

11/30/04 NOTE:

I have expressed to the writers our support for the show as a Board, and our appreciation for the wonderful gift they have given us over the last few years. They have in turn assured me they believe in Sue Thomas FBEYE and are exploring all avenues regarding the show. Should I receive any information or developments, and am cleared to release it, I will gladly do so.

Several members have asked me over the last couple days... What is to be done? Should I write a letter or say a prayer? Do you really think I can make a difference????? I am reminded of this story / parable.

While walking the beach, a man saw someone in the distance leaning down, picking something up and throwing it into the sea.

As he came closer, he saw thousands of starfish the tide had thrown onto the beach. Unable to return to the ocean during low tide, the starfish were dying. He observed a young boy picking up the starfish one by one and throwing them back into the ocean.

After watching the seemingly futile effort, the observer said, "There must be thousands of starfish on this beach. It would be impossible for you to save all of them. There are simply too many. You can't possibly make a difference."

The young boy smiled as he picked up another starfish and tossed it back into the ocean. "It made a difference to that one," he replied.

Each person has a chance to make a difference. And while it may not be earth shattering - your one letter or one prayer... it can make a difference, even in the smallest sense. Don't lose hope just because the task seems daunting, or the cause lost. Things happen in mysterious ways... and not always the way you want. Sometimes you just have to put one foot in front of the other, and have faith.

Hi Gerswhin and everyone else,

QUOTE
I understand the 25th is the last day of shooting.  I do hope that there is some good news soon - the site members have been working hard writing letters to both Sony and PAX and letting them know how we feel.  Many of us have gotten personal letters back from the Presidents of both TV networks.

Actually, it's not the 25th being the last day of the shooting, it's the 28th. I have already talked to some of the cast/crew about you the fans writing letters to Sony and Pax, they are aware of the STFBE fans writing letters and voicing their concerns in wanting to keep the STFBE on air. They are filming two episodes at the same time doing two episodes simtionusaly (sp?) back and forth, trying to finish both episodes at the same time trying to finish on time, no overtime. They wrap up on the 28th period! Normally, they film one episode a week, but with the time almost being wrapped up, so they are doing 2 episodes at the same time.

People at the STFBE, may it be the cast/crew have no idea about anything, they are in the dark as well as CJ, and myself included.

Let me encourage all of you to keep voicing your concerns until May/June. As far as I know, the Johnson brothers are still trying to find some network in trying to pick up STFBE, and is trying to secure a network, I don't know what network, it could be Pax or new network about making a STFBE movie, that's still up in the air, not written in stone yet. Don't any of you dare give up any kind of hope.. there's stilll a small glimmer of hope. Honest, Johnson brothers are still working on it, negotiating with some network about making a movie and/or re-continue STFBE on air. Time will tell, and please do lots of praying and let God be God. He alone knows what's best for everyone.

QUOTE
While the funding is up to them, and the final decision out of our hands, at least we are making our opinion heard.

Like I said above and before, the cast/crew at STFBE already know about our opinions being heard. They know and deeply appreciate it very much. I have carried and told them of you all writing letters to Pax & Sony and whatever else. They are deeply appreciative of your outpouring love of wanting STFBE to continue. So let's keep on doing it, and contacting newspaper, not just Pax & Sony, but contact newspaper of your homearea, and tell them of your concerns in wanting to keep STFBE on air.. sometimes newspaper is best media out there, keep the options open, writing letters, contacting newspapers, even why some of you can try to contact radio shows and stuff like that.. let's make our voices heard, in supporting and wanting our STFBE to continue, and let's keep the small glimmer of hope alive, until the fire is quenched, while it's still glimmering, let's keep the fire alive, however small, it has worked in the past with other tv shows that were off the air and came back because of the fan's voice, we can do the same with STFBE. We have until May/June to voice our concerns.

Let's bang the drum, pots and whatever noise you can make!! bounching.gif clapping.gif bounching.gif

QUOTE
Rest assured you have our full support and the letters will keep going out!

Yup, there you, don't give up just yet.. there's small glimmer of hope.. so while it's still there, let's keep the letters going out, making our concerns/opinions heard!!! bounching.gif clapping.gif bounching.gif

I am pretty sure CJ or I will let you all know if anything changes the moment we hear anything. wink.gif

Take care! Keep going everyone, keep your spirits ALIVE! bounching.gif

I agree with Dolphin there. We do not need to give up hope. I agree there. I am continuing praying and I know God will answer this prayer. Like CJ said this show might come down for a few months then come back up. I hope pax will continue to air it but if they are not then I am hoping another network will. Lets not give up hope. I will continue to write letters till May or june.

Our voices are being heard. Let it not stop.

Question for Dolphin and/or CJ (or whoever knows):

With STFBE sadly set to wrap within a week, what do you recommend as a working address for the Johnson brothers? I read that DOC and STFBE were the only big jobs they were doing for PAX. With both of these series now finishing, do we still write care of PAX in order to reach the Johnsons? Where will letters really get through?

P.S. Very sad to know the series will just stop, not sound ended. I've mixed feelings about that. However, very nice and sacrificial of the cast and crew to do double duty in filming simultaneous episodes. What a killer schedule! Whew!
Becka
I agree. No good ending that really does make me sad for such a good show to just.. STOP!! Can't they like marry Jack and Sue?! There you go problem solved. That sounds like a very good ending to me!! What about dating....
Matchmaker
I thought they would do "an ending" for the series.

Isn't Endings and beginnings not being made?!?!

I didn;t think they would just leave us hanging, what changed>!>!
Doglover
I think they are still going to show Beginnings and Endings. I don't think that changed. Am I right?
Mr&MrsHudson
First of all, thank you Dolphin and CJ for your latest update. I sort of took CJ saying that there wasn't any closure in the last two episodes to be a sign that the Johnsons still do have hope. If they didn't, I think CJ would have told us that the last episode did bring closure to the series. I'm hanging on to that piece of information as a sign that it's not over yet and that may be that leaves it open for a Season 4 to begin, or a movie if all else fails.

I have to admit though, I am quite anxious about the potential of the cast being offered other jobs and not being able to come back. I personally feel the show wouldn't be the same without all the same cast. I mean they are the ones that have brought these beloved characters to life that we love so much.

QUOTE

So very true! If any of the cast is reading this, I just want to say such a HUGE thank you to you for this. Wow! I'm just totally amazed. What absolutely stupendous talents all of you are!!! I have no idea how you are doing this, but I have every faith and confidence in you that you can! outstanding.gif

I agree that we can't stop our campaign now. We HAVE to keep going and not stop. The war rages on!!!

Hi Doglover,

QUOTE

You're right, that hasn't changed.. they are still going to show "Beginnings and Endings".. in fact, the STFBE are doing two episodes simultaneously at the same time, which is "Bad Girls" & "Beginnings and Endings" before the last day of the shooting which is on Jan. 28th in which STFBE wraps up. That's why they're doing both episodes simultaneously to finish on time before wrapping up.

Yup, you got that right.. that is the small glimmer of hope that CJ and I were trying to show, that since there wasn't any closure in the last two episode to the the hopeful sign that the Johnsons are still working and hoping to get a STFBE movie or possiblity secure a network to fund the STFBE to re-continue.. like I said.. time will tell and letting God be God.. if He wills it.. then yay.. if not.. there's a reason for it all to happen. But as long there's a small glimmer of hope.. let's keep that alive, agreed? As far as I know, that Johnsons are still working/negotiating about the possiblity of a STFBE movie or something in the works.. that is still up in the air.. not yet, I quote, not yet, written in stone.. still up in the air.. ok.. but bear in mind.. there's a small glimmer of hope.. ok?

Yeah, I hear you.. but they have been contracted for 5 years, but even if they are contracted for 5 years, but it can change, so we don't have any idea if it will be the same cast or not, like I said before, time will tell wink.gif Just leave it with Johnson brothers and go with the flow.. say lots of prayers!

Hi Dolphin

Perhaps you could thank the cast and crew for us for working so hard to bring us the end of the series. It must be really hard for them, not knowing what is really going to happen as well. Three years of working on a show, is as long as many of us spend at University/ College and I know how I felt at the end of that. Im sure many enduring friendships have been built just like here on the board.

What did Sue say to Lucy in the Pilot episode When God closes one door he opens another, and I think Lucy's reply was something like its the hallways you have to look out for. Lets hope the hallways arent too long.

Anyhow please extend our thanks and gratitude for all their hard work.

We are down to the last week of filming... I am leaving this topic open for those to post.... and encourage.

For those who viewed PAX's new series Young Blades last night, perhaps a letter to PAX and Sony with your feedback is another opportunity to mention keeping STFBEYE on the air.... if you are so inclined.

Sure, I will do that for all of you. As I'm going there on Wednesday. I will be sure to tell them (the cast/crew) for sure that you all wanted to thank them for their hard work and bring us all kinds of joy, education, drama, action, etc. And that they know that we're still supporting them and hoping that they will come back if Johnsons found whomever is willing to pick up STFBE. Let's keep praying and continue to make noise until the doors are shut.. but while there's a glimmer of hope, let's bang the drums! bounching.gif

One thing, I know it will be hard on all of them, to come to a closure because they have worked together for 3 years, and they are very close knit cast/crew together, they truly enjoy working together and is like a family together with cast/crew together.

Yup, you have my word that I will extend everyone's thanks to the cast/crew on Wednesday when I go and visit for the last time. My heart is breaking as well becasue visiting STFBE is like my 2nd home. I have made friends with some of the crew that works there, and taught some signs with them. Some of the crew truly love to learn ASL. We have Sue Thomas for bringing a life to STFBE, and Deanne to act as Sue Thomas also to teach the cast/crew our Deaf Culture, ASL and so forth. Now they are aware of our Deaf Culture and ASL. They truly enjoyed working with Deanne and learning some ASL.

Whenever I come to visit, some cast and crew are so excited to use some signs with me in order to communicate with me.. and I have taught them some signs.

You know CJ, the co-handler or co-assistant of Bryan's dogs, Jesse aka Levi and his grandson, Levi. She has learned alot of ASL signs, and loves learning.. we communicate alot using ASL. Same with Tara, Enuka, Yannick, Kelly (Deanne's hair stylist), Marlena (Deanne's make up stylist), and few others.. they have learned some ASL. Tara loves learning and uses alot of ASL, whenever she can. She loves ASL and so does CJ and few others on STFBE set. Some of them have said, even after STFBE wraps up this Friday, they will attend ASL classes to keep up with ASL. So in all in all, we truly thank Sue Thomas and Deanne for teaching people on the set about ASL and telling them about Deaf Culture, if not for Sue Thomas and Deanne, alot of us wouldn't have known much about what's like to be D/deaf and our Deaf Culture/Community!!!! Let's root for them, that they will keep up with ASL!!!

Most of all, let's pray and keep working to voice our concerns to keep STFBE on the air!!! Let's get to work!!! bounching.gif clapping.gif bounching.gif thumbsup.gif

Hi Dolphin - I am in tears reading your post - literally crying.gif I guess now that it's the last week of filming it's really hitting me as hard as it did when the news first came out in November that STFBE had been cancelled. I think I'll wear black on Friday with a little color to show that hopefulness that the show will continue.

I am so thrilled for you that you have been able to be a part of STFBE. You are very, very lucky. Well, no, as Sue put it (I can't remember which episode right off), not lucky, blessed. You have been blessed to be able to be part of this wonderful show and to be friends with the cast and crew and CJ and those precious doggies. I know they will all miss you just as much as you will miss them. I feel so blessed myself knowing you even if it is just through cyberspace. You are truly a very special, caring person (I mean that from the bottom of my heart) and I am learning so much from you and this site about deaf culture. I really do hope and pray that they can continue to take ASL classes (cause I'm sure they don't want to forget anything when they get the call to come back - see? wishful, positive thinking here!). I really hope to be able to start taking classes sometime this year. I really want to learn it as well. Oh, and thank you for sharing your experiences with us about the cast and crew. This just brings them a little closer and I know it helps me feel more like part of everything. That's very special!

I overnighted a package to Pebblehut on Friday with a letter to the Johnsons, the cast, Yannick and Deanne. I asked the cast, and Yannick and Deanne separately if they could autograph a picture for me. I feel awful asking now that I know they are filming 2 episodes this week for us. I hope that maybe they'll be able to after filming ends and they have been able to get some very deserved rest. I called today to make sure the production office received the package and I was told they did, so I hope everyone gets my letters. I wanted to make sure I let them know just how much I love the show and each of them and how much I am praying that the 28th will be only the beginning of a break and then they will be back.

Thank you so much Dolphin for passing our thanks and gratitude along to them.

I'm amazed by the hard work of cast and crew to film at such a pace. It tells me they love what they're doing for us as viewers. We owe them all the support and encouragement we can give right now. My family and I will be praying for a resolution which is God's best for all of us. A big thanks to the Johnsons for putting it all together, and giving us such a special time each week. I would also send along my thanks again to all who have expended the effort to put this show together for families like mine. They are special people, and worthy of their labors.
My local PAX station, KPXM, will be hearing from us again, and will be doing any other work we can here in the Twin Cities. God bless all of you, and hang in there.
cooljennie2000
I, too, would like to thank you, Dolphin and CJ for keeping us updated on the news. I would also like to personally thank the cast/crew and everyone for all their hard work (especially filming two eppys at the same time!). This show has been a blessing for me. smile.gif

As for continuing to let our voices be heard...you won't hear an objection from me. I will continue to do all I can to help voice our support for STFBEYE. I believe that God has a plan for why this is happening and I believe that good will come out of it...no matter the outcome. I will continue to pray for the Johnson brothers, that they will find the strength and wisdom in all their hard work.

I hope that you will pass along my thanks to the cast and crew, Dolphin. This show has really impacted my life and changed my outlook. I will not give up hope for the show's renewal! Let's keep the fires burning. (From "Skin Deep")

I remeber first hearing about the show. It sounded so AWESOME! I've always been interested in deaf culture, signing and lip reading. I'm addicted to STFBE!! I'll be praying that it will stay on pax or move to a network that people can get. (NBC would be cool)

I'm still finding it hard to believe that they're getting rid of this show. It made me upset when I found out that it would only show for 5 years, but that the fact that they are cutting it two years short is making me go ballistic! I only found this fact out 2 days ago; I'm new. And I honestly don't understand why that would get rid of such a wholesome show?! I just pray to God that he will find a way to stop this, and hope that this wonderful show will be saved! If it weren't for Sue Thomas F.B.Eye, I would've probably dropped out of college quite a while ago.
Mr&MrsHudson
A warm welcome to yoiu Moezy-chan! biggrin.gif I'm so glad you found our site. Yes, I agree with you, we all do, as to it being hard to understand why PAX would want to end Sue Thomas F.B.Eye. shakes head.gif This show has been such an inspiration to so many people. Prayers are definitely needed for the show right now and for the Johnson brothers (creators of Doc and STFBEye) to be able to find another network to pick up the show or the funding needed to produce it again.

If you haven't already, it would be great if you could send letters/e-mails to PAX, Sony, the AFA, NBC, Lifetime and other places mentioned in the SAVE STFBEYE threads.

From what I understand, we may only have until May and then the actors contracts will run out and there may not be a chance for the show to return. Please, please, anyone, if I am off on this, please correct the information. This is my understanding, but I may be wrong.

At any rate, we do need to keep the message going out to people to let them know about the show being cancelled and how they can help in the fight to bring it back. We need to let the "powers that be", so to speak, know that we fully support this show and that there is a huge, already established audience for it and that it would be worth their while to pick up/fund the show. writing.gif

The ball is still in play, there are still negotiations on the table. Please don't hesitate to write the companies and tell them of your support for the show. The AFA has posted emails. There is also snail mail. Yes, there are a large number of contacts, however, discussions include other networks, or TV movies.... so, the field is still rather vast. SONY is working towards trying to make this happen, so if you write anyone - make sure you don't miss them!!

Hang in there!

Oh No!! I knew it was bad and finishing but I didnt realise it was this bad! I am sitting here writing this with my eyes full of tears and a huge lump in my throat, its just so unfair!!!! They really can't take this show off the air, it had touched and inspired me in so many ways, I've even looked for sign language classes and things like that. I havent known about STFBE for long I started watching it in the middle of series two the first time it was aired in the UK and I've seen season 1 and 2 and the parts of 3 they've shown on Hallmark several times. I saw the my first episode by mistake and was hooked after that! I really hope that they don't cancel it, it would be so unfair, is there not another company in the US that would fund it? I mean being associated to the show must be a huge honour!

Paxson to Keep Entertainment Programs

Paxson Communications Says It Has No Plans to Reduce Amount of Entertainment Programs

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- Television broadcast company Paxson Communications Corp. on Wednesday said it has no plans to cut back on the amount of entertainment programming it offers.

In a statement, the company, whose PAX TV network also air infomercials and other paid programming, said it was responding to recent media reports that claimed the company is switching to an all-paid format.

Chairman and Chief Executive Lowell Paxson said the company plans to continue to offer the same or more entertainment programming as it the past. But he added that some programs "may change to allow the company to give its shareholders a better return on their investment."

Paxson recently posted a wider first-quarter loss of $95.9 million, or $1.40 per share, versus a loss of $60.2 million, or 89 cents per share, last year. Before distributing preferred dividends, the loss was $48.2 million -- about even its year-ago loss.

Paxson operates about 60 stations that feature reruns of shows such as Bonanza and new shows such as Faith Under Fire.

PAX seems to be changing their tune and now interested in continuing some 'Entertainment Programming'. This is a shift from their statements of the last few months. Perhaps they are working with NBC...whatever the situation is, they have yet to announce a Fall Line Up. Sue Thomas FBEYE was their number 1 rated show.... perhaps they would consider bringing it back in some form or other....this would be a more likely scenario than switching networks which is always difficult.

It appears we have an opportunity again to let our opinions be heard. Whether you have or have not written, now would be a good time to pick up that pen or keyboard and drop a note in support of the series. Again, even if you have already written, but if it was months ago, now might be a good time to send a reminder to the direct parties involved. I am not saying it WILL make the difference, but it is worth a shot if you like this great show...

Real Facts about Sue Thomas:F.B.Eye

QUOTE
This is from Deanne:

There is a slim chance to see a production like Fbeye when we constantly hired more and more Deaf people to work on the show.  It is an opportunity.  There are
other tv shows with Deaf characters but my production hired 133 Deaf and hard of hearing people on the show which there is nothing else like that in the mainstreamed television today.

The contract from the cast ends on June 15th.  After June 15th, we may not be able to do anything and just move on with our lives.

God's Blessings,

Hello everyone, me again.

On my E-mails, I clicked the option "request read receipt". Wednesday, I had a message saying that my E-mail to ABC Audience Relations was deleted without being read. No replies from the others yet.
