Ok Tracy...I'm finally catching up.
Glad Tara finally told the girls. Now, see, Tara. They already suspected, and were so happy for you;so, you had nothing to fear. And good for you, cutting out the sugar!
Now, you had me laughing at the thought of Jack and Bobby giving Myles "husband lessons"! I can just picture that...snobby Myles, turning up his nose on any advice they give him, especially Bobby! Myles really is still a know-it-all and, I think, would scoff at that!

Excellent writing, Tracy. The description of the seashore, with all those seagulls, opening up this post was wonderful; and then, Tara's description of the beach sounds for Sue...I was very touched by Tara's observations.
And Lucy making the muffins for her friends. What a wonderful relationship between them you are portraying. Now, I love Blueberry muffins and Blueberry-Oat sounds delicious. Are/have you posted the recipe?
I'm going to show my ignorance here...what is bdw? Ref Irene's post on p 4
Another wonderful post showing the loving friendship the girls have for each other, and how they share treating each other to luxury! That's what relationships are all about. Badmitton...I haven't played that in years. I always loved it; but, I never heard of triangle badmitton. Hmmm, I'll have to look into that as a Christmas gift for my grandkids.
Another great post and loved the phrase, Magical Matchmaking Dust! That was so Lucy! I'm with everyone else...I could sure use a bonding weekend like that!
The ending may have been simple, Tracy; but, it was perfect. The girls coming together and pledging to continue their weekend retreat on a regular basis. A chance to escape the rigors of life and pamper each other. Wonderful story!
And I just happen to have some blueberries in the fridge that I need to use up. I'm going to make your muffins for my dad tomorrow.
Thanks again for sharing your great talent with us Tracy!
