Tuesday 23rd December

Jack sat at his desk watching the animated conversation that was going on between Tara and Bobby. Although they were trying to whisper, he had gathered that what ever the problem was somehow he was going to be the one who solved it.

“Crash? Tara? Is there something I should know about?” he asked diplomatically.

“Absolutely nothing to worry about Jack.” Tara replied.

“Nope nothing at all” Bobby replied rather unconvincingly.

“Well Sue and I are out of here at midday. So if you need my help, you better ask for it sooner than later.” Jack reminded them. He then smiled to himself. This was it, by midday tomorrow he was going to be a married man. He looked over at Sue, busily finishing off her paperwork. Somehow she knew he was there. She looked up and gave him a knowing smile. Checking that no one was looking he blew her a kiss. She signed thank you, and smiled at him again. Jack took a deep breath, and just stared at her contently, their eyes locked on each other, neither wanting to be the first to break the connection.

D. stood in the office doorway looking at the pair of them, secretly hoping Jack would be a little more focused when he returned from his honeymoon. He was going to be supervisor to a team with a married couple in it. They were all going to have to work this one out. Not wanting to interrupt, but knowing he had to D reluctantly approached Jacks desk.

“Deputy Director wants you and Bobby in his office at 10.00”

Jack’s reverie broken he grinned at D. “Any idea what he wants?”

“Apparently Bobby’s innovative training methods have caused a bit of a stir, and as you are his unit leader you’ve both be summons to explain. How did the deputy director put it this morning? Your unique abilities to bring the best out in people” D tried not to laugh. Jack and Bobby made a good team, when they were on the same page of the manual. It was when Bobby managed to skip whole sections interpret them slightly differently that he kept Jack on his toes.

“Did you hear that Crash?” Jack looked at his watch. “10.00 in the deputy directors office. I haven’t got anything I should be worrying about, have I?”

“Not a thing Sparky, not one single thing” Bobby looked at Tara wide eyed. She shrugged her shoulders.

10.00 Deputy Directors Office…

“Agent Hudson, Agent Manning please come in” The deputy director motioned for them to sit down, in the chairs in front of his desk.

Jack looked over at Bobby, he wasn’t his usual relaxed self. Something was definitely up.

“Firstly Hudson I would like to congratulate you and your team, the Carter case a difficult job well done.” The deputy director lent back in his chair.

Jack nodded, but held back any comment.

“Secondly your team, has for the second year running come top in the overall competency statistics. I know you’re not one for statistics Jack, but your team seems to do the job better than any other. You get the required results. Given that all units are made up from a similar skills base, there appears to something quite extraordinary about your team.” The deputy director looked at jack for a response.

“Extraordinary would be a word that could be used to describe my unit” Jack replied cautiously. “ But I would prefer, enthusiastic, hard working, and dedicated” Jack looked over a Bobby.

“Of course we do have our secret weapon” Bobby grinned.

“Secret weapon?” the deputy director asked.

“Sue, Sue Thomas her skills probably give or unit the edge” Bobby added.

“Arh yes Jacks fiancé. Do send her my kind regards, and best wishes for tomorrow Jack. A plucky young lady marrying you” The deputy director said with a twinkle in his eye.

“I will sir” Jack said looking a little perplexed.

“Well anyway back to the point your training methods obviously set you apart from the other units, Sue Thomas is the prime example of that. So he picked up the DVD from his desk. So I’m recommending that your undercover training guide be adopted for use at Quantico. What does s.p.a. stand for by the way?”

Jack looked at Bobby he had no idea. Bobby did some quick thinking “ Special Project A! Not a highly original title but hey works for us.” Bobby said thinking how was he going to get out of this one?

“Anyway that’s all for now and good luck tomorrow Jack!” The deputy director said as he shook their hands.

10.25 bullpen…

Bobby zoomed to Tara’s desk and in a hushed voice explained what had just happened.

“We have no choice Bobby we have to tell Jack, we have got to get that DVD back.” Tara said starting to panic. That DVD was the product of her handy work. The fall out could be enormous.

“He’s not going to like it” Bobby warned.

Tara shook her head “ This is Jack, he may shout a little bit, but he will get over it.”

Tara and Bobby approached Jacks desk somewhat reluctantly. He looked up and raised his eyebrows.

“What’s up? Something I can help you with?”

“Well Jack it’s like this. The DVD that the director has upstairs can’t go to Quantico, infact it would be better, if it hadn’t have left this office because… because…” Bobby didn’t quite know how to explain it.

“Because I took pictures at the spa on Sunday and that’s what’s on the DVD.” Tara finished the sentence for him, and counted to ten waiting form him to explode. Nothing happened.

“What sort of pictures Tara?” Jack asked quietly.

“Oh an elbow here, a cocooned and sleeping Myles there, you in a Victorian bathing suit. Bobby’s chest in close up, and Lucy and a masseuse, to start with” Tara said sheepishly.

“What exactly were you going to do with these images Tara?” Jack asked.

“Well I was going to do a girls night slide show to start with, then I thought I would make personalised Christmas cards and..”

“Tara you were willing to exploit the bodies of your male colleagues to make us a laughing stock around the entire Hoover building!” Jack said indignantly.

“Well Sue and Lucy knew about it too!” Tara said in her defence.

“They did, did they?” Jack looked over at Sue, who quickly looked down at her paper work.

“Come on Jack, it was just a bit of a joke.” Bobby said feeling sorry for Tara “ I mean I quite like the idea of the ladies of the FBI admiring my attributes!”

Jack glared at him.

“I promise I will never do it again” Tara said, her head hung low. Jack started to laugh, this was not expected. Tara looked up.

Jack dug into his drawer and pulled out a DVD “The deputy director has a blank DVD up there. It suddenly occurred to me last night that s.p.a. really meant spa. So I retrieved it from the post this morning.”

“Jack I love you” Tara walked around to his side of the desk and threw her arms around him.

“Yeah thanks mate.” Bobby said “Tara stop gushing, Myles might see you!”

“Can I have my DVD back?” Tara asked.

“Not on your life” Jack quickly put it in his drawer. “Are you two going to promise to stay out of trouble while I’m on honeymoon. Or I will have to leave Myles in charge”

“No problem mate” Bobby said swiftly. Tara nodded in agreement, although she thought Myles in charge could be quite fun.

“Er you better check with Tara mate. Can’t remember what it was called exactly s.p.a. I think! I’m sure she will send a copy up to the directors office.” Bobby made a hasty exit. Tara could sort this one out.

Jack strolled over to Tara’s desk and dug around in the drawer. He located a dvd with s.p.a. training written on it. Thinking to himself that must be the one! He slipped it in an envelope and put it in the internal post to the deputy directors office, before he left for the night.

This was sooo funny, mentor! I'm still imagining what would have happened if Jack hadn't figured it out on time!

Tuesday 23rd December continued...

12.00pm ….

Jack and Sue stood on the steps of the Hoover building hand in hand. They had said their good byes, not that they weren’t seeing everyone tomorrow. Jack had warned Myles to stay away from his desk, and had passed his responsibilities onto Bobby. Lucy had hugged them both nearly in tears, and D had walked them to the elevator with one arm around Jack shoulders and another around Sues. They had stood silently in the elevator, knowing the next time they came back to the bullpen things would have changed. Jack had slipped his hand into Sue’s and given hers a reassuring squeeze. She had given him a smile back, unable to speak as she could feel a knot in the back of her throat.

“You ok?” Jack asked his voice filled with concern as they stood on the steps.

“I’m just fine. It was Lucy she got me a little choked up” Jack could still hear the emotion in Sue’s voice. “Well? What are we going to do this afternoon?”

“It suddenly occurred to me that we haven’t really had a chance to celebrate Christmas together. I mean last year we weren’t a couple and we got snowed in at the airport anyway.” Jack explained

Sue smiled. When the weather had broken and her flight had been called, the last place she had wanted to go was home. Jack had walked her to the gate, and given her a hug. When she had looked back he had still been there looking at her. Then they had both come back from their respective visits early, and had found each other in the office pretending to be working. They had gone for hot chocolate and whiled away the afternoon at a small café, just the pair of them and Levi.

“So this year” Jack continued “I don’t want us to miss out. We are going to do Christmas today. The shopping, the Christmas tree, the Christmas dinner. You know all of it in one afternoon. I just want us to start our own tradition.” He finished with a grin.

“That’s very ambitious Jack. We had better get started.” She loved Christmas as much as Jack did. The idea of staring their own tradition was very romantic.

3.00pm …..

Jack and Sue wandered from store to store accumulating a bag of wrapped presents as they went. They had decided to leave them with Lucy to hand out on Christmas Day.

“That’s it we just have to get a present for Myles. Any ideas?” Sue asked Jack.

“Well I do actually. Not sure you are going to approve though” He said with a wink.

“Well unless you tell me what the idea is, you won’t know if I approve or not” Sue said.

“Well I thought that as Myles has done such a good job of planning our wedding, with Tara’s help of course that we could book them both a weekend break, nice little romantic hotel in the country.”

“I’m confused I thought this was suppose to be Myles present?” Sue looked a little perplexed.

“Well it is sort of. We book it and give it to Myles so that he can ask Tara” Jack explained.

“And why would Tara want to spend the weekend with Myles?” Sue asked suspiciously.

“Well they’ve grown very close, and I thought.. er.. they may just need a bit of encouragement.” Jack offered.

“Jack it took you three years to ask me out, and even then it we never really made the first date. Now all of a sudden you want to play matchmaker” Sue teased.

“That was different, I was always in love with you I just needed to make sure you felt the same way. It’s just that Myles has been trying so hard lately..”

“Excuse me?” Sue was puzzled. “Do you know something That I don’t ?”

“Very possibly, but I’m sworn to secrecy. Of course the rules change tomorrow, when we’re married. Because according to D. I get to confide in my wife apparently!” Jack teased.

“Are you supposed to be encouraging agents in your unit to have relationships?” Sue joked.

“Actually I thought we could go for the first unit to be made up entirely of married couples.!” Jack joked back.

“Hey don’t tell Lucy that idea, she’s suddenly developed a crush on Bobby.” Sue put her hand over her mouth to stop her saying anything else. “And of course Jack Hudson, that piece of information, will be kept in the strictest confidence between husband and wife.”

“Oh I don’t know about that. I mean we’re not a married yet!” Jack answered playfully.

“You wouldn’t.” Sue said thinking of the potential havoc that piece of news could reap at their wedding reception.

“No I wouldn’t. Anyhow Bobby and Lucy have had an on/off mutual admiration pact going for a long time, started before your time” Jack said knowingly.

“Oh” Sue was surprised.

“So what about my idea?” Jack asked.

“I hope you know what you are doing” Sue warned.

“I have no idea. I just think Myles deserves some support on this” Sue smiled. “I can’t help it if you bring out the best in me!” Jack said shrugging his shoulders.

Sue stepped towards Jack and kissed him on the cheek. “It’s a very nice idea”

5.00 pm…

Jack stopped Sue in front of the large twinkling Christmas Tree, placing all the packages he was carrying at his feet. They admired the lights and the ornaments and the nativity scene at the bottom of the tree, the atmosphere buzzed with the excitement of Christmas. He turned Sue to face him, “ I just want to say Merry Christmas, and tell you how much I love you.” He lent forward and kissed her gently.

Sue felt her heart flutter “ I love you too” Sue replied, and kissed him back. As they parted the snow began to magically fall around them.

“Did you organise that as well?” Sue asked with a smile.

“You know me I’m very resourceful” Jack replied with a grin. “Which reminds me. Your mother informed me sometime ago that you could sing. The children of the local deaf school are joining with another school to sing carols and act out the nativity. I thought you might like it. It’s on the other side of the square in five minutes.”

“Jack like it, I’m going to love it” Sue flung are arms around his neck, and gave him an enthusiastic kiss. When Jack came up for air he grinned at her “You’re easy to please!”

She gave him her steamed look “I like to think so”

Jack gazed lovingly at Sue as he watched her join in singing and signing the carols. Sue took his hands and helped him to join in too. They both watched in awe as the children acted out the nativity play. Once or twice Jack was almost certain he could see a tear in Sue’s eye. When the play was over he led her by the hand to the hotel opposite the square. “We have dinner reservations”

“What about the wedding rehearsal at the church?” Sue asked.

“ I don’t know about you but I’ve said I do a thousand times in my dreams recently. We don’t need to rehearse. I’m marrying you. It will be perfect.” Jack said to her.

“What about Myles? He will have a fit?” Sue didn’t want to disappoint her wedding planner.

“Don’t worry I told D. not to expect us. Myles will be to busy to notice!”

"He will? Sue shrugged. She didn't want the evening to end, as it was saying goodnight to Jack was going to be nearly impossible. "How hard can it be to get married? Lets go to dinner!"

Mentor, we will be sad for it to end as well. You know we are all enjoying it.

Loved the FBI agent in Jack to be on his toes about the s.p.a. dvd. That's was a very close call.

Loved Jack's idea for Myles...he's just becoming a little of a romantic at heart...that's very fun.

Looking forward to the 24th.

7.00pm Wedding Rehearsal

“Myles! Tara when I asked you to step in for the bride and groom, you didn’t have to take it literally!” D. did his best to get their attention, but ever since the reverend had said you may now kiss the bride that’s exactly what they had been doing!

“Tara the Reverend said kiss the bride not suffocate the groom!” Bobby added trying to be helpful.

“Can anyone tell me where to get a bucket of iced water from?” Lucy asked. “Myles put her down or ask her to marry you. I don’t care which, I just need to be home before ten!”

Wednesday 24th December -The Wedding-

11.00am Jacks Apartment

“Jack hold still, will you quit shuffling there? Myles will kill me if you even have the slightest hair out of place let alone your tie!” Bobby said exasperatedly. They stood in Jacks apartment putting the finishing touches to their wedding attire.

“Ok. Ok just hurry up.” Jack felt nervous, and nervous was not good. He took a deep breath, but the butterflies in his stomach would not be calmed.

Bobby finished Jack off by attaching a single cream rose to his lapel, then he grinned. He still couldn’t believe that Jack was getting married, they had been young, free, and single for so long that until this moment in time he hadn’t really contemplated that both of them were moving on.

“What are you grinning at?” Jack asked suspiciously.

“You, so totally out of your element! Where has cool, calm and collected Special Agent Jack Hudson gone this morning?” He joked trying to lighten the mood.

Jack gave half a laugh “I think he left the day I met Sue.” Jack replied honestly.

Bobby laughed “There’s only one problem with this marriage of yours”

“There is?” Jack said slightly bewildered.

“Lucy and I won’t have anything to keep us entertained anymore” Bobby frowned to make the point.

“Oh really, Sue and I were your entertainment were we?” Jack said relieved yet slightly indignant. “Never mind Myles and Tara ought to spice things up for you!”

“So it is my duty as best man to offer you any help and advice you may need regarding your wedding night!” Bobby’s humorous offer made Jack roll his eyes and look towards the ceiling.

“I think I’ll be able to manage Crash.” Jack replied wanting to change the subject “Have you got the rings?”

Bobby reached into his pocket, and placed his closed palm in front of Jack. When he knew he had Jacks attention he opened it to reveal two large and chunky fluorescent plastic rings.

Jacks jaw dropped. “You are too funny Bobby. Show me the real rings!” Bobby sniggered and produced the real ones. Jack took the plastic ones and dumped then in the waste paper basket, just in case Bobby decided to pull that trick at the alter. "hows the speech coming along?"

" There's something for everybody, tears, laughter, FBI under cover exploits!" Bobby winked at him.

“I wish I hadn't asked. Are we ready? “ Jack asked looking anxiously at his watch.

“Jack seriously before we go, I just want to say that I’m really happy for you, and that well I wish it was me walking up that aisle today with a woman I love as much as you love Sue. You’ve got something special there, and well I just wanted you to know how much it means to me to be your friend and be part of that” Bobby’s voice was husky with emotion and Jack had to swallow hard before replying.

“Bobby I’m glad you’re here too and thanks for doing this for me today.” Jack lent forward and embraced him. “Now before you have me bawling can we go?” As touched as he was by the unexpected outburst of emotion from Bobby his butterflies were whipping up a storm. Perhaps god could help out a little when he got to the church.

11.55 am St Mary’s Church. DC

Myles stood with Lucy, Tara and Levi in the foyer waiting for the bridal car to arrive. He wore a wire and microphone and had insisted that Bobby and Tara wear one as well. So far everything was going smoothly, the best man had miraculously managed to get the groom to the church on time, and they were in position. Bobby had strict instructions not to let the groom, turn around until the music had started. Myles was obviously going for maximum impact. Bobby had jokingly warned him that Jack might stop breathing at that point if he wasn’t careful, but Myles had cornered the market on strategy. Should the groom lapse into anything short of a coma, Myles would give the verbal signal, for Bobby to nudge him discreetly, should oxygen not be required.

The car pulled up to the entrance, and Myles rushed down the steps with an umbrella in hand followed by Lucy and Tara to help the bride out. Levi took a good look at Sue and decided that she had enough people to assist her and that he would be more help to the groom and best man. When Myles wasn’t looking Levi crept up the aisle and sat down next to where Jack and Bobby stood, facing the Altar. The guests all hushed and a round of arghhhhh could be heard.

“Hey buddy, come to lend a hand?” Jack whispered and rubbed Levi’s head.

“I wouldn’t let Uncle Myles see you though!” Bobby warned him. Levi answered Bobby with a quiet whimper.

Lucy and Tara smoothed out Sue’s dress and made sure her veil was straight.

“Right is everyone in position?” Myles took charge. “Now remember to step and pause and step and pause, in time to the music ladies.” Lucy raised her eyes heaven wards. A quick prayer was needed for everyone concerned. Then Lucy saw Myles do a truly wonderful thing. He took hold of Sue’s hand and gave it a gentle squeeze. He looked her up and down with admiration, she looked truly magnificent. “You look beautiful. Jack is a very lucky man. God bless” He said. as the music started to play.

When the music started Jack felt his heart start to pound. He began to wonder if anyone had ever had a heart attack at the Altar.

Bobby looked at him with concern and whispered “Take a deep breath mate, you’re going to need it!” Then flashed him a grin.

Jack heard the guests stand up, and trumpet voluntary started to play. The guests hushed and as if on cue he turned around. Sue was wearing the dress that had taken his breath away when it had hung in the shop window, he couldn’t believe his eyes. On her it was even more stunning. As the winter sun shone through the church windows it lit her up, like an angel. The dress shimmered as Sue shone. She looked up at him, when their eyes met warmth radiated through his heart. As Sue continued the walk on her fathers arm, her eyes never left Jacks. This moment was for them alone, as she took Jack’s hand she shut her eyes only for a second willing her brain to remember this for always. When she opened them again the winter sun that had lit up the church had vanished, now candlelight lit the wedding enveloping the couple as that waited to commit themselves to each other for life. She gazed into Jacks eyes, which today held no secrets of the love he had for her. Jack stood mesmerised by the woman in front of him, completely overwhelmed by her presence.

12.05 St Mary’s Church DC

Bobby looked over at his friends, wanting to give them as long as possible with their thoughts. As the Reverend approaches he gently touched Jacks arm, to get his attention. Jack moved back to face the alter still holding tightly onto Sues hand, breaking the contact with her eyes at the last possible moment. Bobby caught Sue’s eye and winked at her. She starts to blush, but a smile creeps across her face. The Reverend then welcomed the congregation, and to Sues delight starts to sign, as he speaks. She squeezes Jacks hand thrilled with D’s arrangements. She is even more delighted when the choir begin to sing and sign silent night, unusual for a wedding but somehow entirely appropriate. When the hymn is over she gently lifts back her veil, her golden hair cascading over her bare neck and shoulders. She fixes her eyes on Jacks and smiles at him gently waiting for their union to commence.

“Do you Jack take Sue to be your wife?” Jack is hearing the words but not making very much sense of them….have..hold..cherish..nurture..sickness..health….lives?

He can feel the emotion welling up inside of him, unsure if he will get his reply out. He says huskily “I do” Bobby can see him, struggling hard with his own emotions Bobby has to bite his lip as he feels his own eyes fill.

Sue looks at Jack struggling and tears begin to fall down her cheeks, when the Reverend speaks and signs the words. She forgets to say I do and just nods. Jack lets out a little laugh and Sue lets out an equally emotive “I do.”

As the Reverend continues he asks Bobby for the rings. Bobby places the rings on the Reverends hand, and grins ruefully at Jack. The Reverend blesses the rings and passes one to Jack. Jack takes a deep breath and looking directly at Sue starts to say his vows.

“With this ring, I take you as my wife, my lover, my friend, I promise to love and care for you..” Jack is interrupted by a bark from Levi …”And for you buddy.” The congregation laugh, along with Jack and Sue. Jack refocuses on Sue. “You are my world, you complete me and I will love you for always.” Jack can feel tears running down his cheeks. He slips the ring on Sues finger, and she reaches up to his cheek to brush the tears away.

The Reverend passes the other ring to Sue. She takes a deep breath,

“With this ring I take you as my husband,” She pauses and then looks at Levi and asks “I hope that’s alright by you buddy?” Levi barked a confirmation. And the congregation once again laugh. Sue looks back to Jack, “I promise to love and care for you, and to always be there for you, and occasionally I may listen to you.” She adds with a wink. Jack bites down on his lip smiling, Sue continues “You are my world,” …and her voice starts to break.. “I will love you for always.” With tears streaming down her face she slips the ring on Jacks finger.

Jack held Sue’s hand pulling her close to him. The Reverend continued. “If anyone knows of any just cause or lawful impediment..” The reverend looked around the church, then looks down a Levi. “Argh nothing to say for your self this time then?” Laughter once again fills the church.

“I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride”

“I never thought you would ask?” Jack says elatedly to the Reverend.

Jack reached out and gently cupped Sue’s cheek. He then tilts his head until their lips met. He tenderly kisses her, and then she responds deepening the kiss, until finally it became hard to breath. Bobby can hear Myles on the wire. “Bobby perhaps we should intervene?” Bobby has no intention of interrupting but instead says loudly “Woo hoo!” And starts to clap.” Myles joined in. “Bravo.” The whole congregation starts to clap and cheer. Eventually Jack and Sue come up for air, blushing and looking slightly embarrassed.

Jack and Sue turned to face the congregation, and make their way down the aisle as the cheers and clapping continue.

blushing.gif blushing.gif MENTOR!!! naughty!

lol

actually...i was kinda thinking of sthing like an epilouge...(I love those! wub.gif)

but a few thing to consider for those who do try to hook Jack and Sue up, and show their married life:

#1 Jack and Sue both live in apartments, so they'd probably need to go house-hunting at some point

#2 Lucy and Sue split the rent so they could afford a more expensive apartment...if Sue moves out, I doubt Lucy would be able to foot the bill...

ok, enough OT stuff...

Here it is the final day crying.gif

Wednesday 24th December -The Wedding-

Wasn't the challenge supposed to go up to Christmas Day? Come on, Mentor, you can spare one more day wink.gif
rerio
Actually, rai, the challenge can end with either the Dec 24th or 25th post. Some Advent calendars end on Christmas Eve and some on Christmas, so Pam designed the challenge with that little bit of "wiggle room" in mind.

Having said that..Mentor, are you sure you don't have an extra post hidden away somewhere? biggrin.gif

Thursday 25th December

Jack woke up, and looked over at Sue who was still fast asleep. He couldn’t help but admire his wife’s beauty. Her hair cascaded across the crisp Egyptian cotton pillows, her bare shoulders and back revealing her soft porcelain white skin. Her arms were stretched around her pillow as she lay on her tummy, exhausted from the wedding, the long flight and their ensuing passion. He had lost all sense of time, he could just hear the water lapping outside their suite and feel the warm breeze as it floated through their room rippling the curtains.

He rested back on his pillow and remembered the day before, the wedding service had overwhelmed him, much like the woman he loved who was now lying next to him as his wife. He smiled as he thought back to Bobby’s speech. Bobby has some how managed to put together a time line of events in the courtship of Sue Thomas. Backed up with photographs, eyewitness statements and Bobby’s witty repartee, there hadn’t been a dry eye left in the room. Tears of joy had mixed with tears of laughter. When the laughter had died down, Bobby’s own sentimental heart had been revealed. He had compared himself to Hugh Grant in one of his movies, which once again produced much laughter, and then he said in all seriousness that he stood in bewildered awe, at the commitment Jack and Sue had made to each other, adding that Jack had more integrity and strength in him than any man he knew, which was a really good thing as Sue was one of the most tenacious women he had ever known. His final comment had made them both blush profusely. Bobby had wished them all the best, and had said that he was looking forward to cuddling his first godchild in nine months time!

Sue stirred and opened her eyes; she looked over at Jack and let out a contented sigh. He lifted up his left arm and she snuggled closer. “Hey Mrs Hudson” He said smiling at her. “Hey you too” She said dreamily. “What were you thinking about?”

“The wedding, Bobby’s speech and just how happy I am” He replied gently pushing the hair away from her face.

“I'm happy too, there's just one thing I’m going to miss,"

"There is?" Jack was little surprised.

" That’s you being my training agent.” She said mischievously. “I had just got you to the stage where I could get my own way by smiling sweetly at you.”

“Really?” Jack grinned “Well what if I smile sweetly at you now?” He said raising his eyebrows.

“I would say perhaps my training agent hasn’t quite finished my training yet!” Sue replied cheekily.

“Well I couldn’t be seen to be relinquishing on my duties now could I?” Jack said pulling the sheet up over their heads as Sue started to giggle….

The End.
