oooooo! I hope I get to read the wedding and honeymoon very very soon! Can you grant my wish Anne?
Anne
bounching.gif Yes, Iim here! I tried all day yesterday to get this to you but couldn't get on the site! crying.gif Thanks again for all your kind words of support! I'm glad your'e enjoying it! wink.gif Well, here is part 1 of the 24th. I had to break it into two parts. Hopefully I will be able to get part 2 on here tonight. wink.gif

December 24 Part 1

"Lucy, I'm getting married to Jack today!" Sue screeched as she was jumping on the bed. Lucy burst into laughter at the site before her, but was a bit worried the bed might collapse, damaging the bride.

"Sue, can that bed take being jumped on like that?" "Yes! I saw Rachel with William and his cousin David jumping on it and I asked the same thing. Rachel assured me they do it all the time! I checked with Marie to be sure and she confirmed the bed was made for jumping on! Lucy, I'm getting married today and I'm jumping for joy!" Sue lost her balance falling into a fit of laughter on the bed.

"Bobby, this is the best day of my life! Sue will finally be my bride. She'll belong to me and I'll belong to her! I want to shout it from the rooftops! I'm marrying the most wonderful woman in the world!" Bobby was having a great time watching his friend so elated, finally putting a ring on the finger that held his heart for so long.

"Jack, it's so good to see you with the happiness you deserve. You and Sue both deserve!" "Thanks Bobby!" "OK, it's off to PT for you Jack! You need to be in top shape for tonight mate!" Bobby gave Jack a wicked grin and a wink.

"Mom, Dad, I'm so glad you could make it." Sue sounded a bit nervous. "Well, it was short notice Sue, but how could we miss our daughter s wedding?" Sue's mother said. "Besides, I have to give you to Jack or he can't have you, right?" Sue's Dad pulled her into a hug laughing. Sue giggled and hugged him back.

"Mom, are you OK? I'm sorry there was no time for the traditions, but we're so in love, we didn't want to wait." "Sue, I can't deny that I'm disappointed that all my dreams of what your wedding would be like will not happen. But, if you're happy, that's what is important." "Thanks Mom!" Sue embraced her mother.

"This is Marie. She has helped us in ways you can't imagine! Marie this is my Mom and Dad!"

"Come on girls, it's off to the hair salon for us!" Lucy was rushing Sue and Rachel out the door. "Sue, what does it mean to be a ring bearer?" Little William asked. "William, you are very special to Jack and I and we want you to carry our wedding rings on a pillow to us for our wedding!" "So is Cindy special too. She is going to throw flowers at everybody!" William laughed, thinking it was silly. The girls giggled and Sue said,"oh yes, Cindy is special all right, I hope she makes it down the isle with her basket of flowers!" And her dress still on, Sue thought of the funny stories about how 2 1/2 year old Cindy loves to strip off her clothes. Hopefully the flowers will keep her occupied.

"Down! Jack will want my hair down!" Sue smiled remembering the first time he was caught giving his opinion on her hair, and being teased by the team. What wonderful memories they had shared over the years with their very special friends.

"Sue, you're not even in your gown and I'm already picturing Bobby having to hold Jack up!" Lucy laughed. "You look like a beautiful Bride!"

"I hope so, isn't that why we're here Lucy?" Rachel laughed. "Besides, Joan is the best hair stylist in the whole valley." "Yes, Joan I love it!" Sue was beaming.

"You feeling better Jack?" Bobby asked. "Oh yea, Alex really knows his job. I feel great!" "So Jack, are you ready for the biggest moment in your life?" "Bobby, I'm more than ready, try eager!" "Well Sparky, I think it's time to get you back for some rest. Tuxes are being dropped off later. I think we're good to go!" "Thanks Bobby, you do have the rings, right?" "Of course, you don't think I'd let you make a bloody fool of yourself do ya mate?" Jack thought, well any other time maybe, but not today.

"Hi Dad, Mom! This is Bobby, my Best Man! I'm glad you could make it on such short notice!" Jack was pleased and surprised they came!" Hello Bobby!" "Jack, darling, is there something we should know about? Less than a week's notice for a wedding does raise some suspicion dear!" She was eyeing her son for the truth.

"Mom! All you need to know is, I found the perfect woman that I am totally in love with and she is in love with me, and no, she's not pregnant!" Jack said a bit shocked, but then softened knowing his mother would love to hear the pitta patter of little baby feet. She'll just have to wait for that he thought, smiling to himself how wonderful it will be when that time comes!

"Sue, you are gorgeous girl! The limo is here, so we are ready to go!" Lucy couldn't wait to see Jack's face when he saw Sue.

"Jack, calm down, she'll be here! Sue loves you and is just as eager as you are for this moment!" Bobby was doing his best, Best Man performance, knowing the groom was feeling as if seconds were minutes and minutes were hours. The torture we put ourselves through to be happy, Bobby smiled to himself.

Myles and Tara looked quite snugly in their pew. Rachel was sitting with her new boyfriend Luke, a pilot she had recently started dating. She had confided in Sue that she thought he was the one for her. By the look on his face, it appeared the feeling was mutual. Jack's parents and family sat watching Jack nervously waiting for his Bride. Marie, Nadine and her hubby Matthew, Ann and her hubby Caleb were eagerly waiting for the big moment to arrive. D had persuaded Donna, a trip to her Aunt's would be great. He didn't realize how little it would take to convince her. She had secretly hoped for this day for a long time.

"Are you ready Jack?" Pastor Joseph got his attention as the music began to play. First 2 1/2 yr old Cindy did her little dance down the isle dousing everyone with her flowers. She made it down without taking off her clothes but was rather upset when her basket was empty. Bobby quickly grabbed some flowers from the altar and refilled the basket, putting a big smile back on Cindy's cute little face. "Very impressive Bobby, you'll make a great Daddy someday!" Jack said. "Jack, you're the one getting married!" Bobby winked and grinned at Jack.

After William and Lucy made their entrance, the music changed and Jack could feel a lump in his throat. All stood as the Bride began her wedding march on her Dad's arm, leaving her past, to a whole new beginning with Jack.

"Sue!" Jack whispered as she took his breath away. Thank you Lord for the treasure you have given me. Sue could see the look of awe, turn into a huge Jack Hudson charming grin and felt her knees go weak. I'm glad I have my Dad to hold onto, she thought. He looks like he wants to devour me Sue was thinking, trying hard not to giggle and settled for a warm smile.

"As the Bride was given over to the Groom by her father, Sue saw Jack's eyes were moist and without thinking, she reached out to hug him and almost kissed him before Pastor Joseph caught her attention and said, "we're not quite at that part yet, young lady! Soon, but we've important words to be spoken first." Pastor couldn't help but to chuckle at the site of these two lovers. Sue blushed a bright shade of red against her pure white gown and veil. Jack loved to see Sue blush, but this was even better. He'll never let her live this down. The guests were quite enjoying this scene too.

After the exchanging of vows, lighting of the candles and sharing Communion, Marie stepped forward to share a favorite wedding poem written by Helen Steiner Rice.

With God As Your Partner

It takes a Groom, it takes a Bride
Two people standing side by side

It takes this ring and vows that say
On this our happy wedding day

But Marriage vows are sanctified
And loving hearts are unified

When standing with the Bride and Groom
Unseen by others in the room

The Spirit of the Lord is there
To Bless this Happy Bridal pair

For God is love and married life
Is richer for both man and wife

When God becomes a partner too
In everything they plan to do

And every home is specially blessed
When God is made a daily guest

For married folk who pray together
Are happy folk who stay together

For when God's love becomes a part
Of body, mind and soul and heart

Their love becomes a wondrous blending
That's both eternal and unending

And God looks down and says well done
For now you two are truly one.

As the ceremony was coming to a close, Pastor Joseph spoke, "by the Power of the Holy Spirit I now pronounce you husband and wife. Now, you may kiss your bride." he chuckled. Jack took Sue into his arms kissing her warmly and gently, remembering Pastor Joseph's 10 second warning. Anything past 10 seconds for newly weds could become a show they did not intend on performing before the congregation. Jack laughed as he broke the kiss understanding the wisdom in the Pastor's words. Sue's eyes were twinkling with joy.

"For the first time, I publicly present to you, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Hudson!" Pastor smiled. Clapping, cheers and tears filled the chapel as they all stood in honor of the newlyweds.

The reception and honeymoon to follow! I promise ASAP! Pray the site let's me on! rolleyes.gif

December 24 Part 2

Riding back in the limo to Marie's Victorian home, for the reception, Jack and Sue barely came up for air. They arrived, seeing how beautifully decorated it was, both for Christmas and for their reception. It was hard to imagine someone going out of their way to the extent Marie had done.

"Marie, this is beautiful. I can't believe how well organized the reception is." Jack said. "It's so nice to have this amazing Victorian home for our reception, nice and cozy for a small reception, and yet very elegant." Sue added. "It's my pleasure, and it's not the first reception here. Most people say they enjoy the atmosphere." Marie smiled thankful to have the pleasure of giving, to a very special couple.

"Wait till ya taste the food mate, it's the best I've ever had." Bobby was pleased. "In that case, Sue let's get some food before Bobby finishes it off." "Who made all this food?" Sue asked. Rachel got Sue's attention and informed her that her sisters Nadine and Ann love to cook gourmet foods and this was their wedding gift to them. "I helped with the cake though." Rachel smiled.

"So here you are." Lucy said happy to find her friends. "This is a great reception and did you see the band?" Tara added. "It's quite remarkable Myles joined in. "And the food is something you would expect in, oh say a five star restaurant, not a home reception." "Remember, Nadine did go to the Culinary Institute." Jack added. "And it shows tonight."

"I understand the band was a surprise wedding gift from Alex." Bobby commented. "He offered his band, Alex, Alan, Luke, Caleb and Matthew. They play local for fun but they are quite good and always ready for a good time. Sometimes some of the girls join in, especially Rachel now that she is dating Luke." "Yes, I'm so pleased and I believe he just might be the one for Rachel." Marie looked very hopeful.

"They really are quite good. I'll have to put in a request for the song I want for my beautiful Bride." Jack smiled.

"Sue, you must be so excited about tonight." Tara winked at her. "Excited, this girl was jumping on the bed like a little girl, she was so excited this morning when she woke up." Lucy laughed.

"You have no idea. After living with Jack all this time and deciding to wait, I am way beyond ready. At least I won't be nervous." Sue smiled shyly.

"Is this a private party or can I join in and kiss the Bride?" Myles smiled and reached out giving Sue a hug and a kiss, not letting on to what he had just overheard.

"Tara, may I have the pleasure of this dance?" Myles held his hand out to Tara. "I'd love to." Tara smiled warmly at this romantic side of Myles. Hmm, I wasn't expecting this, but I like it, Tara thought to herself.

Everyone was dancing and having a wonderful time when Alex announced the next song, dedicated from Jack to Sue. "Sue, I know you can't hear the words so I will lipsing them to you straight from my heart to yours." Jack whispered to her as he took her in his arms, leaning back just enough for her to read him.

FROM THIS MOMENT ON written by Twain/Lange

(I do swear that I'll always be there. I'd give
anything and everything and I will always care.
Through weakness and strength, happiness and sorrow,
for better, for worse, I will love you
With every beat of my heart.)

From this moment life has begun
From this moment you are the one
Right beside you is where I belong
From this moment on

From this moment I have been blessed
I live only for your happiness
And for your love I'd give my last breath
From this moment on

I give my hand to you with all my heart
Can't wait to live my life with you can't wait to start
You and I will never be apart
My dreams came true because of you

From this moment as long as I live
I will love you, I promise you this
There is nothing I wouldn't give
From this moment on

You're the reason I believe in love
And you're the answer to my prayers from up above
All we need is just the two of us
My dreams came true because of you

From this moment as long as I live
I will love you, I promise you this
There is nothing I wouldn't give
From this moment
I will love you as long as I live
From this moment on.

"Jack, I love you. Can we leave?" Sue held Jack tight as tears ran down her cheeks." "I'm ready too Sue. I love you so much." Wiping her tears, he reminded her, "as quickly as we can, we need to cut the cake, after all the work the girls put into it. We can't let Bobby get away without giving us a toast. Although, it might not be a bad idea to try to escape that embarrassing moment." Jack laughed, hoping Bobby wouldn't be to cruel.

"Then you have to throw your bouquet and I get to go hunting for a delicate piece of silky lace." Jack winked at Sue. "After that I'll cry exhaustion from my wounds and we're out of here." Jack smiled hugging Sue close to him.

"OK, I think I can handle that. Jack, about that silky lace, behave yourself." Sue grinned. "Once we get to the hotel you won't have to behave any longer." Sue reached up and captured Jack's mouth in a passionate teasing kiss.

It was Bobby's time and he gave a surprising toast. As he lifted his champagne glass, he said, "I know you're probably expecting my sarcastic humor, but not today. I want to toast blessings and good fortune to our happy couple. I've known Jack and Sue were in love for a very long time. After almost losing Jack recently, I just can't joke about the reality of how honored I am to be standing here today as his Best Man. God Bless you both Sue and Jack. You deserve it. But remember, when you come back from your honeymoon, I'll be back to my old self." Bobby couldn't resist a little humor as he grinned at the couple.

As they all exchanged hugs and thanks, Jack gave Bobby a warning glare and they shared a laugh. "Be merciful Bobby." Jack smiled at his Best Man and best friend.

It was now bouquet throwing time. All the girls were lined up and ready. I wonder if Tara or Lucy will catch the bouquet, Sue thought to herself. "Oh my, I can't believe I caught it." Rachel couldn't contain her excitement.

"Jack, remember I said behave." Sue smiled with a warning look." "But Sue, the music, and it's not my fault they're egging me on. I'm innocent. Besides your leg feels great." Jack whispered to Sue. "I can't help it if you're the sexiest lady on the planet." Jack continued his plea of innocence. "Jack, if you don't stop playing games, you won't get to find out just how sexy your new Bride is tonight." "OUCH! OK, I'm convinced. Here it is. Line up gentlemen."

As Jack threw the garter he wondered if one of his buddies, Bobby or Myles would be next in line, catching the garter. "I got it!" Luke shouted out and turned to Rachel with a huge knowing smile.

"I think my Rachel has found her Jack, Sue. I hope so. He seems wonderful and loves William. William loves him too." Marie smiled with tears in her eyes. "I hope so too," Sue said. "They seem so happy together."

As everyone continued dancing and partying, Jack and Sue said their good-byes and off they went to their waiting limo to head down to NYC. Jack wanted to stay near JFK airport so they could sleep in and enjoy the morning before flying down to Sarasota, FL. and off to Siesta Keys.

"Sue? What is this gift?" Jack asked trying to contain his laughter as he pictured Sue actually making this purchase.

"Jack, I love how you look in a tux, you're so handsome. I thought this way I could enjoy you in a tux more often." Sue teased with great pleasure.

"Sue, this tux is silk boxers that look like a tux and a bow tie to match." Jack grinned with a slight blush.

"Put them on or I'm wearing my flannels to bed." Sue stomped her foot in mock annoyance.

"Oh no you don't. I don't care what the girls got for you. Open this and we'll make a deal." Jack was having some fun of his own.

"Jack, you expect me to be Mrs. Claus in silk on our wedding night?" Sue was excited that Jack had thought of having some Christmas fun too. "Hey, it is Christmas Eve and I've pictured you in this a million times. Please?" Jack already knew she was more than willing, but having some fun.

"WOW" Jack said with mouth hanging open. "I could say the same thing handsome." Sue's heart was pounding and her body tingled all over at the site of Jack in his tux, his silk boxer tux that is. Sue moved towards Jack wanting to run her hands over his muscles." "Oh no you don't." Jack said. "I've been waiting to see you as Mrs. Claus for to long to let this moment slip by that quickly. Indulge me while I devour you with my eyes." Jack's voice was husky with desire and he thought, who am I kidding, I want her so bad.

"So it's Mrs. Claus you really want." Sue teased. "I think you've been naughty and Santa will not be bringing you any presents." Sue laughed.

"I have the greatest gift standing before me and remember, you're only Mrs. Claus until I remove her attire, then you're Mrs. Hudson and you're all mine." Jack started to make his move towards Sue, no longer able to keep from touching this gift that needed to be unwrapped.

As Jack moved towards Sue, she eagerly met him with open arms. As they embraced feeling the warmth of each others bodies in such an intimate way for the first time, a fire of their own ignited and was quickly burning out of control. "Thank God we don't have to stop this time." Jack looked into Sue's eyes and captured her mouth with an urgency and need that was equally met by her own.

They moved their party of two over to the king sized bed, a playground for lovers. Sue and Jack began removing the fun gifts that had served there purpose, but were no longer needed. Heartbeats could be felt and sensations that could not have been imagined followed as the two lovers, hungry for each other, desiring to bring pleasures never experienced before. "Jack." "Sue."

"I liked your Mrs. Claus outfit on you, but I like you even better out of it Mrs. Hudson." Jack smiled at Sue. They kept a candle lit so Sue could read everything Jack had to say to her. He wanted to look into her eyes when the moment in time, after exploring and pleasing one another, coming together, he could tenderly tell her, "now we're one."

Sue cried as Jack spoke those tender words, so precious and so true. "Jack, you make me feel so loved and special." "You are loved and you are special. Now come here so I can wrap my arms around you and we can get some sleep. We have a flight to catch tomorrow and I'm looking forward to continuing where we left off." Jack smiled at Sue. "Good night love." "Good night hubby, I love you too."

A great ending to your first fanfic. Well done. Did you enjoy writing it?

Or did you go through the stage well you wish you had never started! blink.gif

Or what about the day when you do your first post, and you really dont want to see what people have written about it! ohmy.gif

Anyway I think the whole fanfic was great, I loved the last post where Sue and Jack were planning their esacpe!

As for Sarasota, one of my all time favourite places, infact the first holiday I had with my husband was to Sarasota. If I remember we stayed near St Armands Circle?

Great place to go on honeymoon, can't imagine what Jack and Sue are getting up to!

December 25

"Jack this is so relaxing after that flight. How are you feeling?" "I'm feeling much better in this nice warm jacuzzi. But I want to know one thing Sue." "And what would that be?" She couldn't wait to see what Jack was up to. "What's with all the bubbles?" Jack asked.

"Bubbles are fun. They look so pretty. You can play with them and watch them flutter around the room." "Sue, my idea of fun and play is not bubbles. I'd rather be looking at you my dear and these bubbles are in my way." Jack laughed as he started to push the bubbles as far away from Sue as he could. They fell into a fit of laughter sending not only the bubbles but water all over the floor. It wasn't long before they grabbed some towels and threw them on their new playground, another king sized bed. The sensation of their bodies still wet from the jacuzzi sent them to a whole new level of sensuality.

"Hey sweetie, how are you feeling?" Jack pulled Sue into a warm embrace. "I think this is what people mean when they say, I think I died and went to heaven." Sue was beaming.

"I'm glad to hear that and I feel the same way, but are you OK? I mean, are you in any pain?" Jack wanted to be sure he was careful with his new Bride.

"I'm fine Jack." Sue blushed but felt a comfort in his caring enough to ask. "Let's just say, I feel like I've been horseback riding for a while." Sue laughed. "But I'm fine Jack, really."

"I wanted to be sure you were up to it first, before I asked you if you want to go to a great place here in Sarasota called St. Armands Circle. It's just a few miles from here. We could buy some clothes more suitable for this great weather. I get to pick your bikini's out, right?" Jack was smiling down at Sue.

Sue said, "Jack, fair is fair, if you pick mine, I pick yours." "Sue, I don't wear bikini's." They burst into laughter at the thought.

"OK, let's do it." Sue said. "Are we going to Siesta Key Beach at sunset Jack? I think it would be beautiful." "That's exactly where I planned to take you. We can watch the sunset. I was told the sky turns different shades of pink and different shapes in all directions for miles."

"Sounds beautiful Jack." "They also have guys play drums on the beach, which by the way is like walking on silky white sand they say. They also have fire batons along with some calypso music."

"Jack, I'm not wearing that in public." Sue gave him a look. "Of course not honey, this is for when you and I head down to our private beach for time alone under the stars. It's to cold to swim but I'll bring a blanket and we'll keep each other warm." Jack grinned loving this honeymoon fun in the sun.

"I like this bathing suit for you in public Jack. But, as for our private time, nothing compares to your tux. You're wearing that." Sue looked up to Jack hoping he would agree. As their eyes met, the memories raced into their minds. They hurried with their purchases and headed back to the condo, loaned to them, eager to return to their private world of passion.

"I have never seen a sunset so breathtaking." Sue was in awe. "Yea, I've seen some beauties, but never quite like this." Jack agreed.

"Look at all the people with their cameras, taking pictures. I wish we brought ours." Sue sighed. "It's OK Sue, we'll be back and next time the camera comes with us." Jack smiled.

Jack and Sue were dancing on the beach to the music playing. They enjoyed the fire show and drums of all kinds. "Sue, it's getting chilly, lets head back and go to dinner." "Sounds good Jack." "Dinner was great." Sue said as they returned to their condo.

"What's this?" Sue was excited to see the beautifully gift wrapped tiny box. "Santa thinks you were a good girl. Of course I know better, I know you were great!" Jack raised his eyebrows with a seductive grin. As Sue opened the box, "Oh my Jack, I can't believe, how did you, oh my, I love them!" Sue was so excited. "How about putting them on Sue?" "Jack, diamond earrings, they're gorgeous."

Jack took Sue into his arms and looked into her eyes and said, "I'm glad you feel that way Sue. Only the best for you. Merry Christmas." "Here Jack, open it." "Oh, so I wasn't the only one doing some secret shopping earlier." Jack opened his gift. "Sue, this is nice, really nice." "I think a handsome man in a tux," Sue giggled, "should have a special watch to go with it." Sue could see Jack was truly pleased. She also remembered the last time he said something looked nice, really nice, was about her when she had to cut her date short with David from the ball. She needed to meet Jack for the sniper case. I guess he really like it, she smiled.

"I know it's a little chilly, but I'll grab a warm blanket. We'll use the spa robes, and you can get into your private bikini. Let's hit the beach and watch the stars." Jack smiled at Sue. "Is that all?" Sue gave Jack a little seductive look of her own.

"Come on Mrs. Hudson, this is the beginning of the rest of our lives, lets go and enjoy it." Jack embraced her with a warm and gentle kiss.

All I want for Christmas is for someone's computer to be working while I'm in NY, visiting. rofl.gif

Bravo, Bravo!!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely Loved it! Especially the nice beach scenes. Oh how I love the beach too! I wish I was going to be on the beach for Christmas. But lucky me, I'm gonna be here in minnesota in the nice cold snow! dry.gif But hey I'll be with family and thats the best part. I get to pick my sis up at the airport and that is so fun to drive down there. Anyways brilliant job! angel.gif blushing.gif Wow, you guys make me feel so good! I am still in NY visiting my children and grandbabies! This is the first chance I've had in a week to pop on a computer to see how the stories are going. I'm honored with your comments and support. Thank you so much. Unfortunately my son in law needs his computer back so I still won't be able to finish the rest of the stories yet. crying.gif I am really looking forward to catching up. Thanks again! I miss you all! angel.gif
